Other than the food and sushi being tremendously good and fresh, I misplaced a wallet outside of their plaza. Although it was found by a bystander and returned to the nearest store the store was so willing and ready to help as much as they could. Very honest and caring community at Oishi! They pulled tapes they offered me beverages during a time of panic. LOVE THE FOOD! Great prices as well, I will come here for sushi every-time.

It was nice experience here. We ordered California roll, Veg fried rice, Salmon roll. Everything was delicious. I quite dislike green curry because it was watery and ok ok. Lobster roll was nice. Overall is good for me.

The food was Excellent the atmosphere needs a little bit of help. Its a bit expensive $85 for 3 people plus tip. Had to take off a star because they forgot to bring my daughter miso soup. She did get it 15m later

Atmosphere very good. Small but cozy. Very clean. Service was excellent. I am from Japan and the food was great. The Nori around my roll was fresh and rice used in my roll was good. Miso soup very good as well. The Tempura was cooked perfect. Highly recommend.

Oishi has been a family favorite for a long time. Their lunch special is the best! You get you choice of one roll and 3 sashimi or 2 rolls, plus miso soup and a salad for $13.00! Their signature Lobster Roll is fabulous! I have been eating here for years and have never had a bad meal. I highly recommend.

Good sushi. Waitress was only complaint. I think their was a couple there she knew, and she paid more attention to them then other customers

Food is almost always great. I did find a hair in my food last time, though. Hair completely grosses me out but I survived and didn't say anything. I also took my aunt here a month ago, and the waiter assured her the roll she wanted was gluten-free as she has a serve allergy, and it was not. She started breaking out in a rash and hives. The waiter really didn't seem to care. Maybe he was embarrassed, idk. The manager gave us 10% off the bill for it... to me that doesn't seem like enough. Will go back because I love the rolls but will make sure to triple check my order.

Oishi is excellent for a quick and easy lunch. The price is right, the staff is always attentive, the ingredients top notch. But what they do better than most is their octopus salad. Its huge, meaty but crunchy, and hits all the right notes. They have been consistent for over a decade which is no easy feat.

Great sushi and great service, I had the Chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious! Prices are on point and a great atmosphere. The eel and tuna is fresh.. Pretty chill place. It's family-ish in a cool way. Eat there if you like Japanese food... btw try the Japanese pickles 😁

The sushi was fresh, flavorful and inventive. Ama ebi with quail egg was outstanding. Sashimi plater exceeded expectations with a nice tamago for dessert.

Courteous and attentive staff who welcomed us despite our late arrival. The appetizers were great and the main (sushi) was innovative, fresh and delicious. Thanks to the locals here on Maps for their reviews which helped us decide to come here.

We’ve been doing a tour of sushi this summer and we’ve been to 7 places recently and this place is now our favorite sushi place hands down. The sushi was amazing, chicken katsu was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, their garlic edamame was fresh. Everything that arrived to our table was fantastic. So glad we went here. They also practice social distancing. Very friendly and quick service.

Best sushi in St. Louis!!! My wife and I have been going to Oishi for 7 years and it never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and all of their rolls are great! The staff is also great; very polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
