Great place! Very friendly and fun at the counter! The food is amazing with great nachos, amazing sandwiches, and awesome kids menu! My son loved the BBQ spaghetti. I will be frequenting this place more often! Such an amazing spot tucked away and hidden. Telling all of my coworkers. And there catering prices are very competitive! Also the Mustard greens are perfect!
Place is small with limited seating but the food is out of this world. It was some of the best bbq chicken I've had and the pulled pork was great as well. They have some good sauces from sweet to burn the hair off your chest hot. Definitely will be back.
I love barbecue and these guys nailed it. They use real ingredients to make fresh food and delicious food. The pulled pork was perfect texture, and didn't have fat to pick through. They also offer craft soda on tap and in bottles, made from cane sugar. They also accommodated my food allergies very well.
One of the best pulled pork nachos I've ever had! Hands down almost my #1. Super friendly people and fresh food. The only thing I could say would make it better is at least one highchair/booster seat. My 9 month old is as much of an eater as her momma.
The pork steaks are awesome. It is the you don't need a knife to cut it type of tender. I'm also impressed with the bbq sauce. Not overbearing with any of the ingredients. It is the first time I have ever had whiskey bbq sauce. I know they just got moved in a month ago and you can tell by the setup, but I highly recommend you try them out.
Wonderful little local hole on the wall. Some of the best pulled pork I have ever had...and I've had a lot. Really enjoyed the Smoky Buddha sauce. Housemade potato salad was so good. Can't wait to go through their menu bite by bite.
Located at the end of Lindbergh in the strip mall with Hooters and Home Depot. The space is small with seating for about 20 people. The staff says they are planning on expanding to the vacant office space next door soon. The menu is written on a large piece of paper above the register. I really wish they would have a menu to hold in your hand instead of staring up at the wall. But that's just a personal preference.
We ordered the wings with the dry rub- there were about 5 options for the wings with sauce, too. 5 wings for $6 or you can make it a platter for a couple dollars more. We also ordered the platter of pulled pork. Comes with a side and either a biscuit or corn muffin. In our case, they hooked us up with 2 small corn muffins (not sure if 2 is usual or if they were just being friendly). We also had the side of beans. They weren't your typical baked beans in a thick sauce. They were beans floating around in a thin sauce...meh, would not order this side again. The portion size for the pulled pork was very generous for the cost. Nice flavor. There were 2 sauces on the table for us to add as we pleased. They also have fountain soda or bottles soda available. The soda fountain is behind the counter, so you have to ask for a refill each time.
Downside: there were ants all over the window and the counter by the window where we were sitting.
The best in the area !! House made pickles, never frozen meats, fresh sides daily, 100% pure fries. I have tried everything on the menu but my absolute favorite is the almost famous dry rub wings, best I've ever had !!
This place is excellent! I was completely shocked at how good it was and will be trying everything on the menu. There were 3 of us ordering so we all got something different to nibble off each other. Great decision! I had the ribs and chicken and it was wonderful. Get there early or call because it goes fast.
Best bbq I've had hands down. The pulled pork mixed with potato salad and handmade pickles made me wanna slap my ma. I hail from Texas and pride myself on bbq/meat in general. Ol smokehouse is now my favorite bbq joint in the country
