My wife has finally found her new favorite place for Crab Rangoon. The serving size for the Three Cup Chicken was very large, and it tasted great.
We love Kitchen 95! It feels like you’re in a family member’s kitchen with someone who really wants to feed you well. We’ve had several items from the menu across three visits and nothing is less-than-stellar here. Standouts include: stir-fry eggplant with basil, chili wontons, cold sesame noodles and any of her cold appetizers.
Food is delicious and we love the family atmosphere. I got the house pork and my husband got the szechuan beef with an order of potstickers
This is my new favorite place. The food was fresh and SO good. It's family owned and they were nice enough to take our order right as they were about to close for the night.
We got the fried tofu- salt and pepper, the basil tofu, and the veggie chow mein. Absolutely fantastic!
We will be back!
Kitchen 95 is a small Taiwanese restaurant that is off the beaten path but truly deserves a visit. The food is excellent and our favorites are the stir fry eggplants with basil, salty pepper shrimp, and the 3 cup chicken. The wait can be a little long but is worth it. Plan ahead and place the order in advance.
We truly appreciate them because this is a small family business with everyone pitching in. Not only do the husband and wife both work extremely hard, they are still out there providing good service. It reminds me of many small restaurants in Taiwan where people also slave away at the wok, but often with people taking them for granted. I hope in STL we can appreciate more small independent restaurants like this!
I've tried at least 20 Chinese places in NOCO. I was skeptical to try them after they took over the building my previous favorite moved out of (Chef Ma), but their General Tso, fried rice and lo mein were amazing. New favorite place found! Can't wait to try the other dishes.
Great food and friendly owner. Shrimp was very fresh.
Seriously delicious!! Decided to order some takeout on a whim and this place caught my eye on my way home. My new favorite little hidden gem 💛 I got the kung pao, my boyfriend got the pork fried rice and we shared crab rangoons. Everything was amazing and I love that they added a choice between some free sides. I also love that it’s a local family business, Give this place a try! 😋
This place is amazing - I have been searching for a legit Chinese takeout place for many years and many cities, and this one fits the bill. I get the chili stir fried chicken and it is absolutely delicious.
As a Chinese, I am amazed by how authentic and tasty their food is. Their servings are decent with very reasonable place. I am definitely going back. Try their fried chicken and eggplant, you won’t regret!
