I ordered the beef st. paul sandwich and lemonade drink for dine in. We got to the parking lot just after 11am but they were opened before their advertised start time at 11:30am. There was no line and waiting time was fast. We picked up our food in the counter. They have sriracha sauce because thats the only way I like to eat my sandwich. It was not lacking taste and just the right saltiness. The sandwich has pickle and mayo spread on the bread and the meat was deep fried with the veggies. It was the right crispy texture. I would recommend this place for st paul sandwich if your appetite can handle deep fried. I think the price, $4.5/sandwich is pretty affordable. The restaurant floors looks like it needs good mopping and the wall decor needs framed pictures.
This is possibly the best Chinese AND Vietnamese take out I’ve gotten. We ordered through doordash when I was craving some nice Cha Gio (Vietnamese fried spring rolls). We got that, Goi Cuon, Shrimp Pho, orange chicken and crab rangoons. The orange chicken was full of flavor, and less saucy— which was nice, and kids liked it. The Cha Gio and the Goi Cuon are AMAZING— you can taste the rich lemongrass and charbroiled flavor in the Goi Cuon. Wife loved the Pho, complete with all the toppings you’d get at a Vietnamese restaurant. Crab Rangoon were as good as anywhere else I’ve had, and most importantly: the fried rice had real “Wok Hei”, that rich wok flavor from being expertly fried at a hot temperature. I don’t know how we missed this place for so many years, but absolutely our new favorite place.
Food was good. The chicken pho was outstanding. Staff was very busy with carry outs. They did answer our questions when we asked and were helpful.
However, the environment to eat in could be improved. Table was dirty and we had to clean it before using.
Vietnamese food and owned by a Vietnamese family. Menu reflects their heritage.
I really enjoy this local gem. The cuisine is great as usual and is always prepared in a timely manner. I Door dash here often and I can’t remember a time when I’ve actually had to wait for an order upon arrival. Everyone here always works very impressively. Apart from this, the customer service is beyond phenomenal. When I enter, there always seems to be a particularly joyful, courteous & bright eyed attendant with a brilliant smile to match…whose also brimming with positivity, just ready to greet me. This brightens my day so much. Her smile is contagious, as I routinely leave wearing one as well…10/10, Hands down.
Order delivery here often. This is my husband and daughters go to. Her favorite is the special fried rice. They are always fast and on point. No stalls for delivery from thus place.

We ordered general tso’s chicken, fried shrimp, crab rangoon, and the veggie egg rolls through DoorDash. They had the order ready quickly. The general tso’s chicken was pretty good. It had mushrooms, carrots, and bamboo shoots in it, which I liked, but not everyone would. Normally it has broccoli, so that would have been a nice addition. It came with half the amount of rice most takeout restaurants send with that entree. The crab rangoon had a good balance of sweetness, but were a little under filled. The veggie egg rolls were tasty. They come in an order of four and each one is about 2 inches long. The fried shrimp wasn’t like anything I’ve seen before. They were coated in a thick layer of breading that was almost like a savory donut. Kind of tasted like a hush puppy. I’d say it was 1/3 shrimp, 2/3 breading. I’m not picky, so I thought it still tasted good, but it’s not what you expect when you order fried shrimp. Overall satisfied. It filled our late night craving. I’d give it 3.5 stars.

Two Words: Hidden Gem.
Yes this place is a little old, it’s a little rundown, it’s a hole in the wall, it’s workers are old. But there’s nothing old about it’s quality.
This isn’t your fine-dining experience. But if you want the best food for its price, THIS IS IT.
I’ve tried many items on the menu and has not been disappointed once… They don’t force you to tip, you never have to wait too long even during rush hours, the front ladies are always nice and efficient, the portions are extremely generous…..
This is one of those places where I’d walk away guilty without tipping because I feel like I ripped them off paying so cheaply for such quality/quantity food.
The Pho alone deserve to have its own restaurant because how good it was, and guess how much it costed me? 12$, are you kidding me?!? You can’t even buy a sandwich today for 12$ , let alone an extremely authentic and flavorful bowl of Pho.
This is one of those places when the chefs retire, you will never see another place like this again. Treasure it while it lasts.

I absolutely LOVE their Pho! I have been ordering it for 2 years for delivery. I’ve ordered over 20xs and they are always fast and consistent. I purchased the St. Paul, first time having my Egg Foo Young put on bread. I took it off and ate it without the bread. It would have been better if the bread was toasted and maybe a tomato along with the Mayo, pickles and onions,
Menu is much more than than just Chop Suey. Nice place simple with very quick service. Prices seem a little lower than most.
Have lived close for years & finally decided to try this spot -- should've tried it a lot sooner. Absolutely DELICIOUS & it was so busy, which is usually a good sign. Cash only, but absolutely worth visiting. Their orange chicken was not overly orangey & not overly sweet -- just the right blend. Can't wait to go back!
Best egg roles. Bang bang shrimp is good. I substitute broccoli for snow peas. Delicious.
I’ve been looking for a good Chinese Place ever since I moved to Saint Louis. I must say this was the best one I had yet and amazing prices ! Everything was fresh to order , nicely proportioned and seasoned! A lot of place I tried before tasted bland. I couldn’t have been happier with my meal from Chop suey! Definitely will be coming back again
