So I recently started work in the mall and have been to the kiosk a few times, always very friendly staff! However, today took the cake! As I walked up, the young lady had my order pretty much rang up and done, and I hadn't said a word! AWESOME customer service and it started my day off well! THANK YOU!
Love this Starbucks. The people here are very nice and very helpful. I had trouble with a reward on my card. And instead of saying sorry, they figured it out. I knew they were my favorite for a reason....
Great customer service and drinks are always good. My only complaint is they have this location listed as temporarily closed and it is permanently closed. The company closed all their mall locations. Very misleading to the customers who have been waiting for this location to open back up. 😩
Great Starbucks! This Starbucks also has the best cake pops that i've ever had at any Starbucks that I've been to. Fun atmosphere being in the center of the mall.
There wasn't a line when I went there. I took extra time trying to figure out what I wanted to order and the staff was patient and heated the croissant for my son.
Really fast inside a mall. Not a chain so you can't use your star rewards. Great place.
