When we first got there the staff wasn't prepared to take orders we could only place our order on line.... After going back to our car to try to navigate through the menu with no success my sister went back in once we saw more employees arrive then they were ready for full service... The cashier must've been new because she had problems comprehending my order... After all that I our food was excellent!!!
Food was fresh, hot, and packed with care. The counter person was working diligently to take food orders, assisting with bagging, and ensuring accuracy of orders.
I love their honey butter biscuits.. but when you order food you should automatically get condiments like Ranch for free..
Ran by older folks who don't play. Our lunch was piping hot and had bombers too.

Been along time since I had Church's chicken in KC. 2003. Was happy to come across while in the St. Louis area. The fries sucked. But The chicken and honey buttered biscuits. Were well worth 5 plus stars.

Sweet Tea is on point. Fries were good. Honey Q needs work. Must wear mask. Overall Great service. I'll try a different sandwich next time.
I had a very nice young lady that took care of me I ordered a two piece breast with mashed potatoes and biscuit and a two piece two thighs in mashed potatoes and a biscuit. In the new lemonade with the strawberry in it was delicious thank you for the excellent service I will be back in the future I love my neighborhood spend our money at our local restaurants within walking distance of our homes
I love their biscuits, that's what I went for. I ordered 12 and they had less like 7 left and they made me a whole fresh batch. Now us "adults" remember a time when we weren't in such a rush and that was normal but these days... not so much! So thank you Church's!
