Order was made very quickly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pizza was delicious and consistent with other papa john's. I appreciate the hard work of the staff
Pizza is ok. Nothing to write home about. Most of the time our pizza comes with a huge bubble that is an entire slice big, or we get no sauce at all on certain parts of the pizza. When cooked with care, the pizza comes out great. But it's like a 50/50 chance of getting just ordinary pizza vs super yummy.
The pizza is always fresh and hot. If not they’ll definitely take care of it! The manager and the staff of this location are always very helpful.
Professional delivery service using safety precautions, pleasant driver, hot and tasty pizza. Tried the fresh spinach and tomato alfredo pizza and it was delicious. Perfect choice for a summer night. Very satisfied. New to area and second time I have ordered, and have been happy both times.

I placed an order today at 10:40, yes I knew they were closing in 20 mins at 11pm. I was doing this for a friend (who did not speak very good English) and would have happily told them sorry they close soon and cannot make it but this location said they would make a “large veggie pizza” and it would be delivered in 13-15 mins. The time is now 12:00am and this pizza has not been delivered and the phone when calling says they are closed (no surprise), but I am extremely disappointed in whoever took my order and said it would be delivered in 13-15 mins, knowing they close in 20 mins.
If you’re going to close and cannot make and deliver something a customer orders please just say that.
I am editing my review since I came in the following day spoke with a manger (after placing a new order of equal value) she was very nice and understanding. She explained to me the calls go through a call center and she’s so sorry and comped my new order. So I do much appreciate this. This is why I am now changing to 4 stars.

Ashley is a great person to have take care of you. I had one bad experience with a delivery time over the past two years I have been a patron of this location. After a general inquiry of order time, after it had been delayed, she assured me that I would be credited a fresh order, as well as a credit towards a future dinner. I just redeemed it, and she was more than helpful, as well as happy to fulfill it. Just ask for her if you ever have any issues.
The food was good, and everything that I ordered was present and fixed as I wished. Didn't get the text, though, that they were here. So since I wasn't at the door, it was left on the ground for almost 10 minutes. By that time it was cold, but I have a microwave so it was no big deal. But I was just unhappy thinking about whether or not any ants had gotten in there.
Things would have been so much better and safer if the delivery person had called when I was not at the front door. I could have come down very quickly.
Perhaps in the future that policy may be implemented.
