Pretty sure this is the truck that Was at treasure island tonight and I had the duck meatloaf bowl..my meal was really good and worth every penny! The guys working are really friendly. A+
The turkey burger bowl on wild rice was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The kale parm pesto was to die for. Def two thumbs up!!
We had this food truck cater our wedding. It was amazing! Great food, fast service for a crowd of 130. Amazing team to work with. Also their vegan/vegetarian options were great and flavorful!

OMG, best beef brisket sandwich ever. The beer cheese nachos are equally as fabulous! You must find this food truck and enjoy!!!!

Catherine and the team at Gastro Truck were seriously the best to work with when it came to catering our wedding. They were flexible on what we were eating, the style of everything and answered our questions throughout the planning process. They worked closely with our coordinator and executed our wedding day flawlessly. Also, the mac and cheese bar was a hit with EVERYONE. So much that people went up for seconds, thirds, and fourths. Lastly, we had breakfast sandwiches for late night food and IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER.

Gastrotruck catered our wedding last month, and they did an incredible job! The food was outstanding, and we had so many guests mention how much they enjoyed the food. Gastrotruck was very easy to work with and they were professional at every turn. All the options that we taste-tested were great, and they were very accommodating with all of our desert requests. We originally had some reservations about the idea of a food truck catering our wedding, but we couldn’t have picked a better business to cater our wedding. Would highly recommend!
Gastrotruck catered our wedding. It was the best wedding food we've ever had... not the bland boring fare that is typical of so many weddings. They are cooking with flavor here... The apps were great (the pork belly flatbread was incredible) amd the grain bowl dinners were fantastic. The meals had some spice and were well balanced and colorful. The service was really good too, the workers were courteous and professional!

We've had the pleasure of having Gastrotruck cater a few events at our venue (the North Garden Theater) in St. Paul. We've hosted many caterers over the years and few knock it out of the park like they do! Their service is friendly and thorough. Their food is absolutely delicious and creatively displayed. Their staff really worked hard to make sure they left our kitchen clean which we totally appreciate and we always hear great feedback from our renters who hire them.
Gastrotruck provides the food for our daughter’s wedding and it turned out terrific. The food was great and having a food truck there serving the food was so much fun. The appetizers and late night snack turned out to be perfect. The bartenders were great too. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great job!
