I work down the road from this Subway, I order maybe once or twice a week from this location. The crew that is working here are very fast and accurate. I place my order online and I head out the door right away because I know they'll have it ready for me by the time I get there. Hats off to this crew for making me a return customer and taking care of me for my lunch on the go in our busy lives. Keep up the good work!
As good as Subway gets. But don't order them through Postmates. I cancelled an order from postmates due to an hour wait. The driver pulled up, didn't get out if his vehicle and drove off. Because it was recorded as delivered I am fighting to get my money refunded.
They were busy. Which is good, they must be doing something right! I have ordered sandwiches and refreshments in person and with their online option. Each order was accurate, fresh ingredients, and prepared as requested.
It's a typical subway with subway quality food. However the sandwich artist were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
Ernest is the man! I've read the other reviews; CLEARLY the employees at this store (in the past) have been set up to fail and needed training. HOWEVER, one guy - Ernest - is the exception. If the company doesn't invest in him, they are making a huge mistake.
The day I visited, he was left to work the entire day - open to close - on his own. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and he worked hard to make up a mistake I had made on my online order. I've only seen employees like him on that Undercover Boss show. I truly hope he lands an episode.
As I exited the restaurant, I told the couple walking in that they are in good hands in there, to which they replied, "I know, right? I love this guy (referring to Ernest)!"
