Ordered the wrong drink on the mobile app in error and offered to pay for the one I meant to order. The manager let me keep both hot and iced peppermint mochas and I just thought how he handled it was so nice, personable and sincere! Thank you so much again for being so kind and professional! Update: the hot mocha code was delicious, but the whipped cream was over filled and it popped and splattered all over me so I was frustrated 😠 but luckily i was going home to shower, otherwise, it would have been a disaster bc it was all over my pants too
