I hate leaving bad reviews but this is something that has happened every time I’ve gone to this location. I ordered the nacho fries burrito (added and took some items off ) and they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce EVERYWHERE. I use to work at Taco Bell so I understand how chaotic

Ordered 4 rices and this was the amount I got in each container! I paid for that?! Wow!!!! My tacos were supposed to have no cheese and there was cheese everywhere !!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I was the only one in line. No one in the store.

Ordered. LARGE group order for the ER. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to pull to the side. Somebody by the name of OC came out and offered me a free drink for the wait.
