The food was awesome! And the service was impeccable! Chausea (sp) was an amazing server! Love the atmosphere of this place! The wood burning stove made it nice and cozy. The Chicken Paillard was to die for. Mac n’ Cheese was so good and different than any I’ve experienced before. Topped off the meal with an amazing little gingerbread crusted pumpkin pie! Loved this place!!
We tried this place out for the first time last night. It was WONDERFUL! Every dish and every cocktail was full of complex flavors. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something new!
I wasn't expecting much from this place. I couldnt have been more surprised. The entire gig:food, menu variety,portions,wine, friendly staff, ambiance...is a home run. Loved everything about it. Def a needed addition to the SLC food scene.

Sunday evening, just returned from this excellent restaurant. We had family coming back from a vacation, and other family leaving early Monday morning, and this was the only time everybody could get together. Add delayed flights, finding parking, and half our party of 12 was delayed. But we finally all arrived, at 8:40, and they stop serving at 9.
Well, they couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. Service was bang-on, and the food was delicious. And yes, Two Dogs, house made fresh mozarella DOES taste better! Holy cow, those pizzas were 2D4. We had the Evergreen pizza which had field greens, pancetta & the previously mentioned house-made mozzarella. It was finished with a drizzle of olive oil, and how such simple ingredients can taste so sublime is one of those culinary, gustatory miracles.
One bowl of the mac and cheees was ordered, and after we sampled it, 3 more bowls were ordered. Fresh cheeses, fresh pasta--something you can't seem to stop eating, it's that good.
After we were leaving, (a full hour after their closing time) one of the other waiters thanked us for coming in!
I can only surmise the man who had a bad experience here
was there during opening week.

Found this gem on our way to a play. Friendly service, the menu was fun. We had the halibut cheeks and brussel sprouts. They were delicious. Reminded me of New York City. Nice ambience even sitting at the counter.
This place is so good. The beet salad amazing. The burger awesome. The mac and cheese delicious. Highly recommended!

Fantastic food and great atmosphere! The salads are all standouts - shaved fennel and blood orange is amazing. The vegetable torta is delicious!

Meine Frau Eli unsere Tochter Bianca und ich waren heute zum Dinner hier. Obwohl es sehr voll und stressig für die Mitarbeiter war, waren alle sehr freundlich vor allem Taylor der uns hervorragend bediente. Pizza, Pasta, Burger schmeckten sehr lecker. Herzlichen Dank für das tolle Dinner in sehr schönem Ambiente und den super freundlichen Service. Special thanks to Taylor!!!

The salad and pizza. Amazing. Staff. Fantastic. It was a very modern and welcoming atmosphere. It felt very personable and if I lived here, I'd come more often. Beautiful man buns live here. I'm talking on the head, so calm your horses.
Portions are pretty large for fine dining. Pizza is delicious and service was great. The Crawfish gnocchi, evergreen pizza, and banana chocolate cream pie were all delicious.
Some of the finest cuisine and ingredients in SLC. We came in to a mostly empty Fireside for a date night and left feeling astounded at how few people were in there (lucky us). The prices were fair and the food was to die for. Every dish we tasted was phenomenal but I was partial to the wagyu sliders and baldy pizza :). I can't say enough about this restaurant. If you're thinking about trying them out, do. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent unique pizza joint in town. Lives up its reputation! If you want a table you have to make a reservation, but sitting on the bar watching the kitchen staff perform their magic is priceless. Tried the BLT pizza which was phenomenal and they happen to have an amazing bread pudding for dessert. Highly recommended!
Great pizza! Different selections from your normal run-of-the-mill pizza shop, this place will surprise you with their variety and flavor. Nice selection of wine and liquors as well. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Be sure to make a reservation if you plan to be there for dinner, as they do get very crowded! Enjoy!
Good food - the server (chausey) was nice - I'd recommend the mac and cheese - the pizza was great and the salads - they took my fork before i was finished though so i had to finish the salad with a knife
We came here just trying their basic pizza, just me and my daughter. It was okay, good service. It was Saturday night, maybe best for couples, or groups here, not with kids. Anyway, I will be back next time with my friends instead to try other options from the menu. We were sitting at the bar and able to see how the chef prepared food for the customers.
They have good woodfired pizzas. The ravioli clear soup wasn't that good. Great wines selection.
Unique from your "typical wood fire" pizza place. We had the Millient Pizza with pineapple and jalepenos and could taste the freshness. We also enjoyed the scallops that were my favorite. I recommend sitting at the counter to see the crew in action. Place was clean, convenient and very friendly.
Went early on Friday night 5:20 or so. Not a big crowd yet, seated immediately in front of the wood pizza oven and kept warm! Pizza was awesome. Daughter got the Mac and cheese it was delicious! Small but good selection of high point local bottled beers! Definitely recommend. Prices are fair.
Some of the best food I've had in awhile! Unique and delicious. The ravioli was fantastic, the salad was perfectly seasoned with the garlic dressing and the baldy pizza was to die for! The service was perfect. She was sweet and attentive but I never felt rushed. Definitely going back!
