Cant believe it's taken me this long to leave a review. But Greenhouse is probably the best local coffee shop on the valley! The first time I ever had chai, and the best chai I've ever had. Love everyone who works here, love the atmosphere. The outside patio gives me life. And the pesto crepe is the bomb dot com ♡♡♡
Intimate coffee shop with personality, and welcoming like a home. Yummy food, easy going staff.
amazing staff. one of the best open mike spots in the city. great food and coffee as well. i also love that the owners do community fundraising.
Yummy, and they even have gluten free crepes! There was also a dog enjoying the morning sun outside in the courtyard. Another plus.
Been coming here since I was 15 or 16. I love this place I fell in love for the first time here and of corse I love the coffee and crepe.
The crepes and coffee are so delicious! I like the vibe and it's well priced. I love the covered patio!
Chill environment. Chill people/crowd. Great place to develop as an artist and meet other artists. Fantastic Open Mic every Sunday at 7:30pm.

Wow everything was delicious! My boyfriend & I went out for breakfast and we were at another restaurant and he seen crepes on the menu and had us leave cuz he loves the crepes here soo much he feels disappointed anywhere els lol. It was such a good vibe and food.
I love this place, the crepes are so delicious and my Chai tea yummy, the employees they are so kind thank you
Comfortable, artsy space and some amazing chai tea!
Great place to drop in for some coffee or stay for breakfast. I’ve been twice now and liked the coffee both times; first time I got an iced honey cinnamon latte and then got a normal latte the second time (it was on the milkier side but still good). We also got the veggie crepe and the banana chocolate crepe and we enjoyed both of them. Luckily they were in the bigger side too! The baristas were all nice and helpful and the atmosphere was artsy and cozy. Lots of places to sit and write/read without it being too noisy or uncomfortable. The outdoor seating is great too but a little more noisy because it’s close to a main road.
This place is really nice; the garden background is relaxing, and the crepes are really good along with the coffee. But a must-try is the Rice pudding (arroz con leche), which has been the best one I’ve tried and is so delicious that sometimes I just come to get this dessert.
The crepes are thick and hearty - solid breakfast option. They have a very cozy atmosphere. I didn't try any tea but it smelled delicious.
I love this place it's very quaint. It has a nice place to sit outside and local artists and fliers hanging up. Vegan options are always a win and the coffee is great. Can be a little slower sometimes but it's always worth the wait.
This was such a cute spot! All the staff was super nice and the food came out quickly. I got the the strawberries and cream crepe and it was delicious. It’s pretty small inside but they have outdoor seating that is shaded well. I definitely enjoyed my time there
Great little cafe! The Spinach and feta gluten free crepe was amazing 👏🏻 🤩 it is a very small space and we were lucky to get the last table, just something to keep in mind if you go when it's busy. Loved it and will definitely be back.
Cute little space, lots of art, good food, good people, good vibes, love this place! Would recommend! <3
Great atmosphere, good house made Chai Latte, and quality coffee.
I had the Mushroom crepe which was thicker than expected, but otherwise delicious!
Will be back.
What a quaint little gem I found today. I love crepes and they have a nice delicious selection of them. it's a great place to bring your laptop or your book or play cards with a friend loads of outdoor seating when it's nice and some seating inside.
Quaint little coffee shop in Millcreek! Loved the warm atmosphere of the place and the paintings made by local artists! My family and I tried the London fog, cappuccino and white chocolate mocha and they were all delicious!

Cozy lil coffee shop. The name is an excellent description of this please. I come here very often to set up my laptop and do some work. You could only be defined as a hidden gem in Salt Lake City. The workers are mad cool and the people from the neighborhood are amazing. I posted up some of the most recent art from the coffee shop walls.
Very cozy good place. A bit more expensive thought. Coffee and crepes $20. Coffee is very good. Refills for coffee$1.95. Great hip place for meeting. Out side covered tables. Inside books and board games avail.
Greenhouse effect is a great cozy coffee shop. There are couches and tables so there are a few options for seating. They have a patio as well. They serve excellent rice pudding, baked goods, sweet crepes, and savory crepes. All of the crepes are very good and you honestly can't go wrong no matter what you choose. There are also lots of options for coffee! ☕️
A small coffee place but big in flavor. However, they have patio seating too which can be used late Spring till Fall. Parking at the back and side street too. Cool, friendly crews and yes, good coffee ☕
Eclectic, artsy, clean, cozy atmosphere. Our food took a while to prepare. Yet, our crepes were yummy and fresh!
I do not recommend if you need a quick bite. Our visit was leisurely with no rush which worked out nicely.

Visited for the first time today. I’ve driven by multiple times over the years and I’ve been meaning to give it a try. Glad I finally did. It’s cutely set up. The menu options look great. I only tried their house chai which I was told is made in house. That was tasty. I did notice some of the different crepes being served to other customers and I’d like to give them a try so I will be back. Parking is convenient and ample. The outdoor seating is nicely set up. The facility is clean and welcoming. The art is mostly local and fits well with the vibe. I will be back. Highly recommended.
VEGAN FRIENDLY! The pesto is from scratch and perfect. they'll add black beans to replace cheese and they have gluten free vegan crust. Their chai is my favorite try in the entire state, and I've tried everything! It's not too sweet, and you can tell it's made from scratch and it's potent. Their baristas are pretty no nonsense. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to sit. The poetry readings are okay, they've been doing that tradition for over 20 years every Sunday. They have a free exchange library. Their couches are very comfy.
Greenhouse Effect Coffee is a unique place to go to eat. There’s a super lush patio and walkway outside with plants and trees. Inside feels like you’re in a dreamlike state with painted walls and ceilings. I got the mocha latte, breakfast crepe, and peanut butter cup crepe. The first two were good, but the peanut butter cup crepe with Nutella was outstanding.
This is a cute, quaint place. Delicious crepes and a variety of them. House blend Chai is amazing if you like spices. A quiet place to catch up if you're looking to meet for coffee.
