Whenever we come to slc, we go out the way to come to this kfc because food is great and the people are great here
I love KFC, I grew on it as a family holiday dinner, so it was a special treat. I'm a big fan of the Famous Bowl and the Pot Pie, my favorites. The only reason I'm giving this particular location 4 stars is because my friend and I waited at the service counter for about five minutes before anyone even noticed us (if they noticed sooner, they didn't say anything). Still, it's not terrible, just annoying. In any case, everything else was great!
Came here to eat on a Thursday evening, just after 6pm. It took about 9 minutes to get our order of a couple famous bowls, 4 biscuits, and 3 chicken strips. All the food was hot and seemed fresh. Tables and bathrooms were clean.
There is an iconic flavor and smell that only KFC has. When I think of chicken to take home this is it.
I purchased fries and popcorn chicken . The fries were spot on but the chicken was so dry it was powder. I called the location and spoke with a manager, Kaden. Kaden let me know that fresh chicken was cooked but I must have got the bad batch by mistake. He made it right by replacing my order, and fresh! I don’t like to complain but I do feel an establishment should be aware of what customer’s experience. Thank you KFC
They played music in very vulgar Spanish and spoke with rude words and there were children, is that in their policies? It is uncomfortable!!!!
Later at night. Not many people in the restaurant. Many pick-up and run orders. I had to wait for my order - but the servers did indacte they were making it fresh . . . . .
Chicken time! When it is time to eat fried chicken, the best place to get it is The Famous Kentucky Fried chicken... My favorite.
This is the best KFC crew. I had a large order for 15 individual meals through the drive thru. They were so efficient and thorough. Got everything right and even made sure I ordered correctly to get better pricing. Fed 15 hungry Veterinary Technicians for $92. 👍 Will go again!
this place has really turned around for the better! order accuracy is great .fast .kind.hot food. a worker was cleaning the back door the outside of it so well!! the windows are clean the we could see inside from the window its beautifully organized. this location is awesome. thank you for caring about the store and your customers.

This particular KFC has some okay qualities. The staff tries to help when they can, but they run out of stuff often. The crispy chicken usually goes quick. Still, my wife and I love KFC. Our first date was actually at a KFC in Hong Kong. If you want some real class and history with your meal, I would venture over to The World's First KFC located on north State Street in Murray. I know, hard to believe that the first KENTUCKY Fried Chicken restaurant was actually in Utah. My wife and I really loved that place.
I'm editing this review to increase the star power, and here's why. My wife and I ordered a special that included a lemon cake, which was accidentally forgotten. When we got home and realized our cake was missing, we called the restaurant to explain our situation. I wasn't sure if they would even trust us when I told them our cake was missing because a bunch of people try to rip these places off for free stuff all the time. Still, the manager was very courteous and professional. They not only provided us with the cake missing from our order, but they compensated us with an extra frozen lemon cake to freeze and have for later. Wasn't expecting that. I really appreciate the customer service here.
