For a papa Johns, this has very reliable and quick service. We get pizza here almost every week because of the value and convenience. Highly recommend ordering with the app.

The crew that was working the dinner shift on Sunday 8/13/23 did an amazing job making my regular pie. The bottom was nicely browned with cross hatching, sauce was good, cheese too. I was so impressed I ordered again on Friday 8/18, and it was back to mediocrity. Probably too much sauce, not enough time in the oven. Maybe the Friday demand means more rushing and less quality. The 8/13 crew should train everyone else, and get a raise. One dude was even tossing the dough in the air like a real pizzaria. I want that quality pie experience again!
They were under-staffed and didn’t answer the phone, BUT I used the app and the pizza got done fast. And the worker who gave me my pizza inside was way nice. Pizza tasted fantastic!
This papa Johns went absolutely above and beyond when a small mistake was brought to their attention. Usually I don’t complain when a restaurant makes a mistake as we believe everyone makes mistakes. I let papa johns know that our food was cold and the pepperoni on the pizza was forgotten. The next thing we knew, a couple hours later- They delivered another pizza to us, responded by text and to my feedback messages apologizing and offered us a coupon for another pizza. I want to commend Papa Johns and this Fort union location for their superior customer service and for their response. It’s not the norm anymore for large companies to “care” like that anymore. We will definitely be coming back and we will tell our friends and family of this experience ♥️
Ordered their new Italian pizza for carry out. I haven’t had papa John’s for years but last night that pizza hit the spot it was good and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
Great team of people . Really a good pizza place better then others I think but yeah they have a new manager is very lively and fun and it's always nice having great customer servise when you go somewhere cause these days to get good customer servise is unlikely people have forgotten how to be respectful. You put out good you get good and they put out good .they all deffinatly deserve tips the cashiers. All of the workers.
So impressed with this store! They forgot one item in our order, so we called and discussed a refund. Instead, they brought us the missed item AND the refund. Above and beyond service right here. Always the nicest delivery people too.
I placed my order on the way home mid evening and was pleasantly surprised how professional their associate handled the phone request. He helped me place an order and was patient as he shared the specials and when I chose the large, three toppings for $8.00 I was quite satisfied with the value. The pizza was everthibg I wanted in a pizza, from the crust, sauce and three topping all fresh and just the right quantities of each item made for a great meal. Kudos Papa John's.
Amazing store. I had had a disappointing experience with this store the first time around because the delivery driver failed to follow instructions to call or text me when delivering. As a result the pizzas were cold. I later received a survey in which I explained my dissatisfaction. The store GM Cyle contacted me with an apology and issued store credit. Earlier today I re-deemed the credit and opted for pickup instead of delivery. My order was handed to me by Crystalline just as I entered the door, who came right to the door with my order, fresh out of the oven. She apologized for the delivery experience I had had a week ago. She wasn't obligated to do any of this but went above and beyond. Nor was Cyle but he chose to go the extra mile. I am greatly impressed with both her and Cyle, their being so extraordinarily conscientious and caring. I will be a permanent and loyal customer while I am in the area.
