Went here when I had a bad sore throat to get a smoothie. I’ve never been to a Jamba, but I asked her for something filling, and she helped me pick out a great one with extra whey protein. She even recommended I get a medium because the soy would fill up the cup to a large, which saved me money. Came back for one 3 times that week
This isn't the closest store to my home, but I Choose to come here because my experience over and over again with Kazia! She is my favorite customer service person beyond just Jamba! I come multiple x a week morning & night and this woman is always there overworked & with a smile on her face! Thankyou Kazia for always leaving me with good spirits and an amazing Strawberriy Wilds🖤🙏
When something goes wrong, they're there to fix it! Got a sour drink and they got a new one for us. Your time and business is appreciated:)

I love it here, the employees are so nice even when in rush! I just had the Chuncky Strawberry bowl and it's so good(pic showed)! But please read the ingredients on the board or on your phone,incase your allergic to something, but Dang does that taste good! Another thing like from them is the mango-a-go-go, it's also my Mum's favorite!
As someone who has tried their fair share of smoothies and juices, I have to say that the Jamba Juice white gummy drink is one of my absolute favorites. There's just something about the combination of flavors that really hits the spot for me.
I love the way that the white grape, peach, and pineapple flavors all blend together to create a taste that's both sweet and refreshing. It's the kind of drink that's perfect for a hot summer day or when I need a pick-me-up during a long workday.
One thing that I really appreciate about the white gummy drink is that it's not overly sugary or artificial-tasting. It's made with real fruit and doesn't leave me feeling like I've just consumed a bunch of empty calories
Love me some Jamba. My only complaint is the price is sky high these days! Find what you love and get some.
The kindest employee took my order and made my drink in two minutes and then apologized for how long it took. I was shocked because it had been incredibly fast service. She was super friendly and went above and beyond. Wish I got her name.
The employee working this morning on 03/08/2023 was so incredibly friendly. She was kind and fast and made sure to engage with me as a customer more than a hello goodbye! Love employees like this
So delicious! Always really friendly service too. Love the ginger shot, and the Orange Dream Machine is super yum.
Kids corner is awesome! My kid loved the blocks while we waited and the cashier checked my ID when I handed her my card, great service and friendly people
Jo and Kyla where amazing I got a greens and ginger with added boosts and it was amazing when I had indiaive thoughts they offered recommendations and the store was very clean and I watched Kyla wash her hands in between smoothies will be comming back to this location.
I'd like to start off by saying that this is our local Jamba juice, however we don't visit enough that we know the wait staff or they know us. We came in because we had some T-Mobile Tuesday coupons and we wanted just to take advantage of that. No matter what they tried the app did not work, they were under no obligation as it's not their app to make the discount appliable. They did everything short of giving us our Jamba juice free I'm trying to help us in a nice and professional matter. But not professional customer service, I mean friendly helpful service. We don't go to Jamba juice a lot it's a great product and it is a little expensive but it's a great product so that would seem to line up. I suggest if you ever go there and Hayden Ester or Piper are working you are going to have great product and a great experience. Way to go, no Karen's need to talk to your manager you did a great job keep at the hard work thank you.
Kasia went out of her way to make my horrible experience a little bit better. I am not sure why when I order from the Jamba app it only gives me one location 15 minutes from my house? The door dasher that they used was useless and she just dropped my order off on the sidewalk without any picture or explanation. Kasia offered to refund and remake the order. I declined and just went to the Jamba 2 minutes from my house. It was a huge pain but Kasia was very helpful and made it less annoying.
This place deserves better than a 3.8. I just think some of the folks that go here are too picky and too oblivious.
Recently I was here and the 1st person in line orders 16 bucks worth of drinks. She whips out a 100 and they tell her you can’t pay with a 100. So then she got very salty at that despite a sign on the register saying “We don’t accept bills higher than 20$” Then she paid with ones and they counted it and it came up short. So the individual was even angrier at that.
Then I go.
Then the person after me goes. They attempted to order a drink that wasn’t on the menu for like 5 minutes despite the workers telling them that they don’t have that drink. She continued to haggle and ask if they have something similar and they eventually came to some form of agreement. So if these are the folks going and leaving the reviews I’m not surprised this place has a lower score.
Anyways I’ve gone here many times and always had a perfectly pleasant experience. Recommend it.
Always fast and on-time. This is a great location. I especially like how hard working and patient they are even with busy moments. That, and they care about their customers.
Jamba is always yummy...getting a bit pricey. But we all know who is to blame for that
