Went in the street entrance. Learned our lesson to park in the free lot, signs everywhere (we were in a truck) we just choose to pay instead.
Gorgeous store, lots of inventory. We were asked by a nice lady shopping what we needed (clearly we were from out of town), she was kind and pointed us in the direction of the vitamins. Again pretty good selection. And a huge plus for nice customers!!
Good 7-11 in the downtown area, they have all the items a 7-11 needs to have and is well stocked with the drinks we all want
Need to reduce amount of ROCKSTAR drinks and
Move in the other better brands of energy drinks
C4, Bucked Up, etc
I was happy to find ZOA energy drinks!
Never gotten gas here, always seems to be kept clean as far as 7-Elevens go. I live across the street and use it for last minute purchases on occasion.
Staff is friendly, and genuinely caring (not so much personal experience, but have witnessed it)
The other reviews aren't wrong about homeless people often around - the few times I've had any interaction it was typically a genuinely friendly hello, or, a man held the door for me once. Only been solicited for money one time of numerous trips.
I usually just stop by for gas when I come visit my sister. The folks here are always pretty friendly. There’s always homeless folks outside but that’s pretty much something I see all over but it’s something I notice every time I come to town.
The staff at this location are so very friendly and helpful. I had ordered a pizza and forgot about it after pain and I left and she tried to be down and raced after me and brought me my pizza and that was just a step above and beyond and it was really appreciated
I would like a printed receipt every time with my visit due to unsure of some prices and sales, and not asked if I want a receipt or bag - it should be obvious by the items that I purchase if I need a bag or not. I do not like the inconsistency of not knowing if they have single sliced pizza (2 for $2) after a certain time of day - I have been told different things by a couple employees and so sometimes they are out. I was really looking forward to having nachos one day and they were all out of nacho chips both large and small size (I found that to be odd and some kind of fluke). Also, the diced onions due not always seem fresh. All employees but one have been very friendly and professional, the one (female) employee dropped my egg roll on the floor and there was no more left so that meant I would not get the sale price for two, and I didn't know how to respond because she seemed to have an unapologetic attitude about it- and made a comment to me, "that it was better that she threw it away then pick it back up off the floor and give it to me"- otherwise, service and quality of products overall have been consistent within the last several months.
I freaking love convenience stores and this 7-11 does the job when it comes to basics. I never hesitate to pull in if I need my nicotine or caffeine.
The guy with the blue eyes and short hair that works here needs to be given some sort of award or raise for his services to the homeless community of SLC. He behaves extremely intelligently, quickly, with compassion and understanding for everyone that comes in. I have seen him pay for people’s orders, talk patiently with mentally ill, give people free condiments etc. That dosent even scratch the surface to be honest. The city has dumped an enormous burden on this guys shoulders and every day he accepts it with dignity and compassion for the poor.
The store staff is always amazingly friendly and efficient. They always have fresh hot food options available and the store is exceptionally clean and well stocked no matter what time of the day you wander in.
I have never had any problems with this store. Its employees have always beyond the call of duty to help me with anything I have asked. I like going to this store the most of the employees recognize me by sight.
