As always, great service and great food. Sami was our waiter, and she was great. I am on a low sodium diet, and their wait staff is trained in that. So, all I had to do was tell her, and she made ALL of the appropriate adjustments to my menu selections.

Just had dinner here, we were a 6 top. Our waiter was great, my toddler received his dinner as soon as it was cooked, so no hangry kiddo. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Food is consistently good! We love the surf and turf plate! Frozen margarita hit the spot on a hot night! I did miss having tomatoes in my house salad, I had maybe 3 tiny pieces of tomato in it instead of nice slices of tomato, and my husband missed the little fried onions that usually are served on top of the steak!
I ordered the soup and sandwich. Didnt care for the chicken tortilla soup, but our service was awesome. We had Forest as a waiter, and he was in it. We had a large party, he got all the orders correct and made sure all the drinks were full. The food was also delicious!!
Great service and amazing food. Portion size are crazy. We had enough in our doggie bag for another meal.
We risked our flight back to Los Angeles to try out this place. It was well worth it ...
Warm welcoming and professional table service. We ordered Crab Cakes - the very best we ever had. Tortillas Soup ,Baked Potato Soup, File Mignon / medium rare with Grilled Shrimp, and Rib eye Steak / medium .
We left plates clean like a mirror. ..you do the math !
Enjoyed our visit and it is an excellent spot for lunch! I had the chopped steak cooked med as desired and my wife totally enjoyed the brussel sprouts
My wife and I were having lunch to celebrate our anniversary . The wait staff was perfect , never ran out of tea , and the food was beyond delicious and cooked exactly how we asked . Perfect lunch for our special occasion

Excellent customer service. It was pouring rain and the manager opened the emergency exit so that we could get my mom who’s in a wheelchair into the restaurant easier!!! Food was excellent
Ate here for my 2023 Thanksgiving🦃I Have not been here for awhile, but I know these guys are good and yesterday for Thanksgiving they did not Disappoint. Their Ribs were PERFECT, I loved their Bake Potato, it was perfect and delicious. Going to come here more often👍
Update: We went today for our anniversary and Thanksgiving. Food was as always delicious. We got the pumpkin cheesecake and the carrot cake as dessert. Carrot cake was perfect, pumpkin cheesecake had a bit too much nutmeg for my liking but my daughter loved it, the consistency of the cheesecake was amazing. All in all we just love Saltgrass.
Our waitress was amazing! Steaks cooked perfectly as usual. The queso is just amazing, nothing to complain at all!
It has been over ten years since I have came back to Saltgrass Steakhouse due to a bad experience. However this time the food and service was excellent and we will come back. Cullen our waiter was excellent!
Great Steaks! My go to place when I want a delicious, tender , full of flavor steak! We became members in 2009 because of Saltgrass and this place never disappoints me. Great food! Great service & atmosphere.
Our office had saltgrass picked up for us for a luncheon. Much appreciated and very good.

Was very disappointed with Saltgrass this time around. I told the waitress I wanted my steak medium rare with some red in it. No red, and it was dry. I even put mushrooms, and that didn't help. The bread was dry also. My husband gave me some of his steak, and it was better. Don't order the 6 Oz. It's really small. My bake potatoes were larger.
We all thought our food was good and the service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. He always went the extra mile and checked on us often. We ordered a burger, steaks, and shrimp. We also had the loaded potato soup, fries and smoked macaroni & cheese. Fries were good but the soup and Mac & cheese were amazing. Yum! The steaks were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The restaurant was clean and decorated in a very fun way. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was a little more pricey.
Really nice atmosphere. Medium loud and not annoying. Easily make and keep conversations. I made a reservation 2 days prior by calling the restaurant. Upon our arrival we were seated right away. Our server was super polite and well versed. He kept checking in on us throughout our time there. He was awesome. Our appetizer, fried onions, was superb. It hit the spot. Our Two salad starters and baked potato soup were good. We ordered from the early dinner menu. Gulf coast Steak and grilled shrimp and a Pat's Ribeye. The ribeye and one other steak was cooked properly. My steak was very rare. Very undercooked. Good flavor but undercooked. The shrimp were nice and flavorful. My green beans were so overly seasoned, I was not able to eat them. They were replaced. The other's sides were properly made. The garlic mashed potatoes were a hit. Topped it off with an awesome slice of carrot cake.
Great service and food. Took no time to get seated and fed. Will come back again.

Lunchtime was a near packed house. But mom & I were seated immediately and our waiter was most informative about various options for my mom. We had fried mushrooms for appetizer and they were hot off the stove delicious along with hot bread & butter. Mom had lunchtime shrimp with asparagus and I had the chicken fried chicken & gravy also with asparagus. Fresh hot and tasty. We had a very nice experience and saw people waiting outside for seating. Very good food and the staff very cordial and knowledgeable.

I went to this restaurant with a party of 15 as a celebration dinner for mine and my fiancé's engagement.
They accommodated my large party with ease amd grace, and even put some cake and cupcakes in their refrigerator for us. The atmosphere was great, we noticed and loved their oil lamps inside.
As soon as we walked in, we could smell the cleaning products used which suprised us in a good way. We knew that everything was sanitized and incredibly clean.
The food was great, they didn't mix up a single person's order even though again, all 15 of us ordered something different. My fillet was thick and came out a little underdone, and when I asked my waiter if the kitchen could flash it for just a moment longer, the manager came out with a new fillet and was incredibly kind and apologetic about the incident.
Everything was absolutely delicious and incredible and everyone in my party left with a good thing to say. We are so impressed with the restaurant and are grateful to have had our engagement dinner here. It was the perfect place to go!!

Nice place, with lively lunch crowd. A lot more people than expected. After a short wait, we were seated and our really great, friendly server greeted us. Bread promptly graced our table and food followed shortly after. Lunch specials have only one side, so I git loaded potato (upcharge) and was glad I ordered brussel sprouts. They were excellent, roasted with a light glaze, but not sweet. My shrimp were plentiful and breading light and crisp. I was happy. My friend ordered the strip steak which looked fantastic, but his asparagus looked odd...thick stems with almost no tops? No complaints from him. Git a carrot cake to go and it is huge! Only 2 things really bothered me: 1.) tables in middle section are REALLY CRAMPED TOGETHER. I really had never seen any restaurant with tighter tabke seating....strange. 2.) I ordered soda water with lemon, and was charged $3.95. It did not come in a bottle, but from bar spigot. No charge for regular water. 🙄. Everything really was good, so I may return if I want to splurge a bit again. 🤷♂️
I went here for a special occasion. We were seated quickly and got our drinks soon after. Our food didn't take too long. My steak was cooked just right (medium rare), and it was tasty, full of flavor. I also had fried shrimp with it, but I didn't care for the batter on them. The spices were not appealing. I also had mashed potatoes that were also yummy. They were somewhat busy but took care of us. I liked country decorations. It's worth the try for their many different dishes.
Great Team effort taking care of me and my wife. Joel was personable and caring and the team around him was also good, bussing each others tables and running each others tickets. Very IMPRESSIVE TEAM WORK. We had the Maudeens Steak and Shrimp followed up w the classic carrot cake.
I had the urban cowboy. I'm usually not one for additions on my steak but the lemon butter from the grilled shrimp was very good. I like my steak medium rare and the steak and shrimp were grilled to perfection. The atmosphere was nice, the music was not too loud and service was great.
