I had a great dinner and experience. Hands down this is now my top place to have tacos. Food good, drinks good and our server Josh professional and attentive. He had good recommendations. Will I recommend it … yes. My experience has been an excellent one. Thanks to everyone working there at La Gloria. I will become a repeat customer.

Really great and hip Mexican restaurant. Very cool. Metal artwork adds to the ambience. The food was excellent. Vegetarian options for the appetizers but not so much for the dinners. I just had the appetizers and they were quite large so I did not order a meal.

Every time we visit San Antonio this place is a must. The flan is the best I've ever had! It is the smoothest texture with caramel undertones that take you to your happy place. They have a large assortment of drinks and they are very good. The tacos are good and are corn tortillas. The patio area is nice on a summer day and overlooks the riverwalk. Even if you come for drinks, don't forget the flan.

First time here. Truly excellent Margarita! Fresh juice, not the icky mix. Had some appetizers, all great.

Accommodating and nice 😏 We went during lunch on a weekday, wasn’t busy and had no wait. Waitress was very nice and welcoming. Our order was miscommunicated but she helped solve it quickly, hence losing a star. Also because the kitchen is exposed to the dining room…it was a little loud because of it. Pretty authentic and tasty food, Bloody Mary was average, maybe order a margarita when you go. The outside looked really great but 100+ degree days are rough for outdoor dining. Patio did have mister fans and lots of shade, so under 90 degrees should be good to go outside. I’d love to go again when the weather is nice.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon. It was fairly busy however the service was still good. Parking is super convenient, super affordable, IF you can find an open spot. There is a parking garage nearby. The food was fantastic. Very flavorful and much more authentic than anything on the Riverwalk. The Pearl area is really nice and there are plenty of options to walk around and enjoy the area.

The enchiladas mineras and the tomatillo sauce enchiladas with beef tacos were amazing! Great mangonada margarita, and to top it off a great job by our server Joshua! Will definitely go back with friends.

This place is AWESOME in many ways! Try their cantaritos! They are refreshing! Their service is outstanding! Their food is authentic Mexican cuisine. Absolutely delicious! The ambiance is casual and FUN! They have live/DJ music on Fridays & Saturdays. Come check them out for yourself!

A friend recommended this place, and I'm so glad we checked it out. It was a little hot out, but we opted to sit outside. They have a wonderful outside area with fans everywhere. Our server, Adrian, was the best. He told us about their ceviche bar, and we just had to try one of their many ceviche options. Simply amazing!

So my friends and I found La Gloria while exploring the Pearl. We were drinking at the Blue Box and needed to eat something. We would’ve been fine with anything but we were amazed at the level of service, the atmosphere and THE FOOD! I kept telling the server to thank the chef for me because it was that Good! The Sopes and the tostadas with calamari! I was floating in taste heaven! 10/10 and I will definitely return this time just to have a full experience with drinks!

The food here was great. Can't wait to go again. This whole area is fantastic and this was a great spot to start before walking the river.

Nice place to get Mexican food away from downtown. This place is located near the Pearl area. I wish they had a better menu selection. We had 11 in our party. Our wait person had a little trouble keeping up with keeping glass filled beverages. I had the shredded beef gorditas, others and individual plates, or shared. Finally, parking can be tight in the parking. Just know if you park on the street, the meters are the coin type (quarters are best). We luckily had 12 quarters amongst us, and that got us 90 minutes. I hope you enjoy yourself on your visit.

Just went for Margaritas and guacamole, but I wish I had made plans for dinner here! The waiter person was very attentive and really fun. Very much a step above as far as service goes. Margs were top notch and the guac was fresh made

Everything about this place is excellent. Delicious, Mexican food (this is not cheap Texmex) and drinks. You can sit indoors or outside with a view of the river. Love the whimsical statues along the outside area of mariachi players. At different times of the year they have other fun outdoor decorations which make the place feel like it is ready for a celebration. Staff are cheerful and helpful. The cost is a bit more than average, but the quality of the food and the experience are more than worth it. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been to this location and the one near Leon Springs many times! The pricing is way better, the food is classic Mexican street food, my favorite being their elote! San Antonio has a lot of restaurants/food trucks, but I have my favorites that I go to La Gloria for
