The food is fantastic, I eat there fairly frequently. However yesterday I ordered a bloody mary and the bartender put so much Tabasco in it that after one drink of it I couldn't drink any more of it. She never asked if it was good and never asked why I was leaving a whole drink. I left the restaurant feeling a little cheated.

I went to a different location with my friend and it took a long time to receive service. We decided to give the company a try again but go to this location, and we were blessed from the beginning! We walk in, were greeted right away and got a table fast! The best part was a sweet waitress Jackie who was relatable, caring, and smart with the menu! The most impressive part was that she had such strong customer service skills. People in the millennial generation don’t tend to have those types of skills, but Jackie clearly demonstrated strong relationship management skills. Because of her, I have faith in this place again. Lastly, Francis was the manager I gave feedback to, and she was professional and kind. Thanks Sushi Zushi for stepping it up!

Had lunch the other day and everything was delicious. My favorite is the Tuna Tower The staff is very friendly and I like the fact that the Manger, Nancy comes around to the tables making sure everything is good. Love it

I go here often and absolutely love it. The food is always great and the hospitality is awesome. They lost power on our last visit for about 10-15 minutes but everyone made sure we were comfortable and still enjoying our meal.

Sushi was some of the best I ever had! The roll selection was great! Caitin (waitress) was awesome! I was an out of towner and she provided me with so many thing to see and do that were "off the map." I wish we had one in Michigan!

Everything I ordered was good. Great service. Sat at the bar. Surprised they had the Sapporo Black. It's like a sweet Guiness w/o the bitter. A bit pricy; but a nice casual place to eat.

Tokyo roll (not on the menu) is not seafood - it is deep fried with asparagus, crema cheese and steak. Strawberey roll and Saki glass (looks like a large shot) was all really tasty. Service was great, friendly and prompt

2023 review! We just came and had an excellent experience. They have a separate gluten free menu and our waiter checked with the chef multiple times to make sure we had a safe meal we ordered a few spicy rolls and a Philly roll but the winner was the Tropical roll!! My god it was so good! Overall a great meal and no sickness as long as you advocate for yourself they were great! My one complaint is that the restaurant smells absolutely awful like puke 🤢.

Love the tuna tower!! Rolls are great!! Great appetizers!! Food is great!! It is loud. Not for a romantic dinner. Venue could be updated. Floors are very sticky!! Very casual. Lunch is definitely quieter than dinner.

I've never been to Zushi sushi before, but Joseph, our bartender, made great recommendations for our drinks and food selections. The chicken Yakimeshi was delicious!!!! I definitely have to come here again! The Blackberry smash, Bees Knees, the old Fashion, Arnold Palmer...all delicious drinks. Very great location with wonderful staff. Definitely recommend. Thank you Joseph!!!! 😊

This place was recommended by a local San Antonio native. I’m really glad we decided to come. Of sushi joints, this one would be considered higher quality. The menus had a lot to choose from. It was tough to decide because they all sounded so good. In the end, my buddy and I got 4 different rolls and some dessert. Totally worth it. Staff was nice and very informative. They were a little curious as to why I was taking pictures of the place with my phone, but overall, it was a great meal. I would recommend.

I love sushi sushi because it’s always the right choice for a quick lunch with friends. The service is always excellent and the restaurants are very clean. The food is always good if you feel like eating a good roll or either rice or noodles with protein and vegetables or not the typical salad. It’s a healthy option. If you stay for their happy hour, which I love, they have very good prices and good options. Of course, the edamame is a must always and the dynamite crawfish it’s delicious. I also love the sunamono salad, it’s a great start. The food overall it’s good, not a 5 star restaurant, but the quality and the presentation of their plates it’s very acceptable and enjoyable!! I definitely go back every time I’m craving their food 😁😉😜

Best food EVER! The chocolate melt dessert was amazing! The sushi was also really yummy 😋. This is the place to go if you want to eat sushi or have a nice lunch/dinner. The shishito peppers was not spicy but great for people who don’t like spice! The habanero Ikura was also great! The spicy tuna reminds me of home ( ◠‿◠ ). This is the first sushi restaurant I been to that out mayo in the spicy tuna! The fried sushi was the best fried sushi I tried! (The fried sushi is the most popular/ most recommended fried sushi.) This place is really great for lunch!

The food is always the best at Sushi Zushi it never disappoints. If you ever visit sit with Tony at the bar he always gives excellent service and makes great drinks. My only complain is the cleanliness of the establishment. It usually smells like sewer when you walk in. Some days the smell is stronger than others. Also it has been especially warm these past couple of times we have gone. I know the ac's have been struggling with the high temperature. Hopefully they correct these issues soon.

I am a sushi lover, and I have been coming to Sushi Zushi on I10 and the one at Stone Oak for years now. I have my very favorite rolls here, Cosimo, Toreado with scallops, Bull and some other. The appetizers I like are the spicy edamame ( has to be spicy!) , the salmon razor, and their miso soup. Do not forget to order your chiles toreados if you want that extra kick in your rolls! I like to come to this location while I am at work, it’s very well located and my favorite server is here, her name is Erika and she is the best! She always has the best recommendations when I can’t make up my mind. Sushi lovers, do not miss this delicious sushi!

I enjoyed a Tuna Tower, with a lemondrop martini, and sat at the bar. This appetizer is great as an entre for one. I love the tuna and avocado with creamy wasabi sauce. The added rice fills me up without going too far. Sushi Zushi is my favorite place for sushi in SA. ♡ Courtney M.

Our first time here. The staff were friendly and masked. Our waitress offered us different sauces made at the restaurant. The vegetable roll was fresh and delicious. A perfect lunch!

I so love their Katsudon, yakisoba and edamame. I have it regularly! Both take out & dine in are fast and friendly. Pretty presentation of everything! Awesome job, Sushi Zushi, as usual!

The tepanyaki felt a little overpriced for something that really wasn't anything spectacular. It wasn't bad, but for almost the same price you can get a larger, better tasting version of the same dish with more rice and veggies and actually watch it made in front of you. But the yakiudon noodles were insanely good, especially for how inexpensive they were. We ended up ordering a second plate of it to go so we could eat it again that night.
