Went to Red lobster on Walzem road for lunch. There was no wait and hostess set us down right away. Edward was our server ("Thumbs Up") Manager came by and asked if we would like the $5 Margarita? Yes, we did & they were fantastic. Had the Steam Crab Legs However, I did not like the bed of Crispy Potatoes that comes with the meal. Added a baked potato and the House Salad w/Thousand Island dressing.
I believe if they would have the baked potato and salad with every meal. I think business would pick up drastically.
If you're one of those people who are watching carbs. Then that's where you would substitute for one of the other sides.
Lunch was wonderful. Food was hot and Edward our server was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely be back to the Red lobster on Walzem Road.
Tarik, was our server tonight. He was an absolute gem!! They don’t make servers /bartenders like this anymore. He was such a positive soul! Our food was delicious, the drinks he made us even better!!! Super fast service. We will definitely be going back for date night again. He definitely made this day a wonderful one!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster and I had an outstanding experience. Our server, Alyssa Vasquez, was truly amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her exceptional service made the evening even more enjoyable.
I ordered the grilled salmon, shrimp, and lobster dish, and it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each seafood item was cooked to perfection. The highlight, however, was the crispy and delicious Brussel sprouts that accompanied the meal. They added a delightful crunch and elevated the overall experience.
I must say that Alyssa's attentive service greatly enhanced our dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
Based on this fantastic experience, I will definitely be returning to Red Lobster, and without a doubt, I will be requesting Alyssa as my server again. She is a true professional who knows how to create a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Red Lobster and asking for Alyssa Vasquez as your server – you won't be disappointed!

Service was good. Salad came out well after Entree, but it wasn't a big deal. Frozen marg ($5) did not taste very good. Restaraunt smelled like the carpet needs replacing.
It's been over 20yrs since I've been to a Red Lobster. We had Chris as our server he was amazing, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere was great. We had a party of 7, with us tonight. The biscuits tasted just like the last time I had them. Everyone was amazing 👏 ❤️.
I decided to go in 2 nights ago into this marvelous establishment to satisfy my seafood cravings and I have to say that I had the best experience there so far. I had the pleasure of meeting my new favorite server Raven, she was very welcoming and attentive from the start. The food was wonderful and I experienced no issues during my visit. I'll definitely be returning, and kudos to whoever is responsible for hiring such amazing staff.
Had an amazing dinner and everything was super tasty! Raven, our waitress, was amazing! She’s super kind and friendly! Hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a while but my family and I will definitely be back thanks to her! Raven was so courteous and polite bringing our food and checking on us throughout the meal!

The staff is amazing! I haven't been to this location in over a year, and it was exactly the same as I remember. From the hostess to the bartender, Anna there wasn't one bad moment. Our server Edward, was funny, friendly and just made the whole experience like dining with family.
Delicious meal and great service!! Sébastien was an AMAZING server. He was knowledgeable about the menu. He also came to check on us often. He was helpful and had an awesome personality. He made our dining experience all the better!
My wife and I were having a terrible evening, and we decided we earned some red lobster. The food is great, but what made our experience even better was our waitress Shaina. Her hospitality was like no other. We would definitely but ONLY if we got Shaina again.
It's dark in there but the service was great and the food was good, I don't really think worth the price but it was good . The lobster was a little rubbery so I hope for the future it gets better .
Went out to eat prior to viewing the Windcrest Christmas Lights. We were seated right away. Our waitress was Raven and she was terrific. Very attentive and efficient. The food was delicious.
