Great service, Great Ice Cream!
It is a small store in a busy place. Service was quick and good. Flavors available are what you can find in grocery stores. Differences are the availability of sundae, and shakes.
Amazing ice cream. The store itself is very small, but you'll be wanting to sit outside and view the Riverwalk anyway! Located on the upper floor, so you'll be looking down at the Riverwalk. Expensive, but expected given the touristy location
It’s your typical Ben and Jerry’s. Ice cream was as good as ever. A little over priced but it’s to be expected.
This Ben & Jerry's is on the "second floor" or "top floor" of the riverwalk. It is not on directly on the "bottom floor" along the river. Staff were friendly. They freshly made waffle cones for us when we ordered. They were out of some flavors due to supply chains issues. Good ice cream and good employees.
They have some of the best ice cream hands down… and their chocolate shake is so delicious!!! 🤤.. it’s in a great location over looking the river walk … I will be coming as much as possible during the summer season while enjoying my walks downtown…
The ice cream was great as usual and the staff was friendly. Make sure to try the praline ice cream with the cheesecake one, it’s a delicious combo.
I absolutely love Ben and Jerry's! This store is small but it's great to have some fresh ice cream. The eco friendly spoons are wonderful!

After our dinner on the Riverwalk, we were craving some ice cream. We had noticed the Ben & Jerry’s earlier and decided to go there.
We arrived at 9:02 a few minutes after they closed. The manager, Leana, noticed that we were there as she was leaving. She told us to go back to the store and reopened just for us and was very friendly about doing that. As usual, the ice cream was great. It’s nice when someone goes out of their way to help you!
Amazing 🤩 ice cream!!! The staff is very helpful. We were visiting san antonio from houston, the staff made an exception for us and let us have ice cream after shop hours.
We stopped in for a late night treat after dinner. This was my first time actually visiting a Ben & Jerry's location. It is hard to come by one in Louisiana. This was the perfect finish to an awesome time at the Riverwalk.
The store is very small and the staff is energetic and hospitable. The only draw back is depending on the time the tables and seating area out front can often be found in shambles, a scattered sticky mess. So as long as you don’t plan on sitting and watching the riverwalk you’re all good.
Ice cream was great just like the service! I wish they had more flavors but a sign at the store said it was because of supply chain issues.
Been and Jerry's ice cream Awesome!!! What more could you want. Service is great. Lots of flavors to choose from. Prices are good. What better way to cool down on a hot day. There should be one on every corner. Nice clean ice cream shop with great people working....
Great options and nice staff. I had the best sundae of my life with an ice cream flavor that the server suggested. It's expensive but that's to be expected on the Riverwalk. Also it's a hole in the wall but that's kind of fun too.
