Enjoyed our family Thanksgiving meal arrived at 11 A.M. and there was a line already but not trailing out the door. However, we moved quickly through the line and found a table for 10 of us. After we finished the line was curving down the parking lot sidewalk. Great service and food on a busy Thanksgiving day!

I ordered my holiday feast for Thanksgiving from this location. I received an email saying that my order would be ready 2 hours earlier, 6 am, which was an error. I was greeted with very helpful and friendly service. I was explained that this was an error that they had been dealing with for a whole day already. The staff was professional and gathered my order together quickly. I can not stress enough how positive their attitude was at 6 am! Thank you!
Delicious. The fish is always perfect. Am I showing my age or has the cheese changed for the broccoli. It used to be cheesier and more yellow. Anyway it was good.
The food an quality of service are is the same as it was when I was a kid, GREAT!

When my sister in love suggested @lubys_249_sa for dinner, I thought there weren't any still open. Good to know that 1604 and Bandera have one.
There was quite a line and so it's popularity hasn't waned. Glad they're getting a good crowd to keep its doors open. So many hot piping dishes to choose from! Dad and I shared the Grilled Tilapia with mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, cornbread, and a cup of chicken & rice soup. My husband had the Fried Fish with salad, mashed potatoes, roll, and corn. Good food and easy on the budget.
Always a great spot for a great meal! Love that kids eat free on Saturdays, such a great deal for the amount of food you get!
Customer service is always fantastic and the food is always fresh! Highly recommend!
Service I'm 2 Star is employee-lady at the register she is very looking I'm not the Manger boss cause she would not be wearing relong fingernails at work or wouldn't be able to talk on Cell phone during work hours. The older lady for our table if i recall Sandra very nice and helpful she did great job.
I've been going to Luby's since I was a child. The food is made there and has always been of good quality. It is a very casual atmosphere with a very down home feel. Anyone who comes in and may need assistance, say elderly, disabled or single parent with small children, can count on someone to help. The choices of food are sometimes a little overwhelming, because of so many tempting dishes. It is the closest thing to a home cooked meal. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I'm sure you can find something for everyone. Enjoy!
For those familiar with Luby's this location is pretty consistent with the food and service. If you are new to the Lubys dining experience you have a decent variety of food to select from. I was pleasantly surprised to see the salmon patties were available again. After the Fried fish these were another go to entree. The food has always been fresh in my experience and don't worry about the long line. It moves quickly.
I've never been to luby's before, but I went here with my grandmother for the first time. I got the salmon which ended up being like 15 bucks. I didn't know it was going to be that much and I felt bad cuz my grandma had to pay for it but she is a sweet grandma so she paid for it. We got sweet tea as well, and it was very good. Name but she was very very nice and I left her a tip but it was all in quarters so I felt bad. All in all, Good experience
I love the liver and onions option. Cooked to perfect. Everything else is perfect as well.
If it was good. Let go once a month and I always have the fresh fish with the almonds on top. It’s always delicious. The yams are always exceptional.

Food is great! My husband and I buy a meal at least 3-4 times a month. We’ve been eating there or take out since they opened. The employees are great!
Good solid food although one could say it is a bit pricey for cafteria style food. I had the fried fish and my friend had the chicken tenders. My fried fish wasn't all that crispy but still tasty. Tenders were as expected. Nothing remarkable but again, a good solid meal. We had hoped for eating dessert there (we bought it) but we had a cricket jump on my leg and that about freaked me out since I am soooo not OK with bugs so we left abruptly with our dessert to-go! The sweet tea really is good here.
Ginger is the most delightful waitress, and Tammy made sure I had everything on my tray for my lunch while I was checking out. This is a very nice and welcoming atmosphere 😊 Thank you for all you do!!!!
Don't understand why Lubys has had some of their locations shut down. The fried fish, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese is still amazing. I've seen restaurants with food that is horrible thriving. Smdh.
The last time I visited a Lubys was about 20 years ago. My wife and I were going to Apple Bee, but my wife said let eat here. Great choice . The food was awesome, hot, and fresh. And the price was fairly cheap. Gonna come back the fish thr next time.
