I tried the Engineer, and I gotta say, it’s not bad. They took a little long making it though. They said ready at 3:25pm and they were still making it the sandwiches ten minutes later. Anyway, everything was fresh and made to order, not to mention they got everything right cause I did change some stuff. Just the right amount of meat to veggies, nice balance. Nice job Firehouse Subs!!
Great sandwich. Clean restaraunt. Staff was friendly. Will definitely eat here again when I'm in the area.
First off, the staff here is so friendly and actually has good recommendations. I went with the (unfortunately named) New York Steamer and was not disappointed. Delicious, ooey gooey provolone on top of piping hot pastrami and corned beef topped with mayo, deli mustard and Italian dressing: it was well worth the $12 for the combo. I am not stuffed to the max and dreading going back to work, but wouldn't change a thing about my lunch.
Great food and amazing staff, very friendly ladies and very patient. It was our first time and they were so kind. And food was delicious! Definitely will come again. I got the firehouse steak and cheese very delicious and so big ! Yum
This location was not busy when we went in and seemed to be dirty The coke machine needed to be wiped down made me not want to get a drink. The food was delicious and had great customer service
My first time here and love it. We order on line and got out food pretty fast after we arrived. The sandwich was delicious. They had plenty of staff and they were fast and very friendly. I will be coming back.
The food was amazing, the service was fast, and the rewards program is one of the easiest to get points. Clean store, and friendly staff.
First time at this restaurant. Walked in to order for dine in and was not sure what to pick, asked for recommendation and Andrew suggested the “Turkey Bacon Ranch” it was great!! The potato soup was also good :) the employees were so attentive and happy doing their job!! Something you hardly ever see anymore at any dine in or take out restaurant! I was so impressed!!! I will definitely be back :)
GOD I love these sandwiches. The hot sandwiches in particular are really really good! I would recommend the new York one and the Philly cheesesteak. Good lord
Wow what a change!!!! As soon as I walked into the Colonade store my God the trash dumpster fire is gone and it is replaced by this clean and “new” restaurant. I was greeted by the manager who was super nice and friendly and I said I will be back to my “home” restaurant soon. It was a change for the better and now I don’t have to go further out than I have to.
Got there pretty late I think around 9:30 and they closed at 10. The guy inside was super cool and friendly and he made us two badass sandwiches. I got the meatball sub and it was bussin. Pretty cool vibes and damn good sandwiches
I don't see what all the fuss is about, nothing special. Good food but not great.
I choose Philly Cheesesteak and it was the right choice. Excellent taste, very fresh and reasonably priced. Facility very clean.
There were 2 guys working today and the lunch rush was insane. I have never been in a Firehouse Subs where every table was filled up. They answered every call, took every order, made every sandwich SO FAST and STILL had a smile on their face and were so sweet. Im not sure their names, but these guys need a raise ASAP.
