The best Chinese buffet I have been to san Antonio so far . Very good staff the service was amazing . The food selection is amazing. Ample space not crowded. Pleasant lighting good music . The most important very clean .I will be back . They also have 2 party rooms for rent as well
Pretty good Chinese buffet. Serves mediocre Chinese food but the selection is awesome. They also serve flautas and mini tacos and the wait staff always made sure our drinks were filled. The dessert selection was also large and the price was fair. 8 dollars for adult buffet and 2 dollars for soft drinks. Nice and clean inside. Totally coming back. I'm stuffed!
Did not expect much; however, their bread rolls were excellent by being tastful, and fresh. A very good selection including seafood, desert, and 16 flavors of ice cream. I will try the Asada street tacos next time. They have them ( beef, chicken, shrimp, and pork) prepared fresh while you wait.
Here you pay first, and they have a display of aqua frescas on the counter, a person is ready to seat you, and the servers check, and ask if you need refills. No flagging them down, or pivoting your head looking for them much. My soup bowl was removed without asking, and when I told server I was done, she clear my setting.
A minor critique, their rice is a little dry, and some of the fruit was not ripe, but they try to upkeep everything. I believe in balanced assessments, and will return to view the rest of the wall art, and get more desert.
Food was well good, all the food was well prepared, set up, looked very pretty.. lol great customer service.
Great food here ! Although this is a Chinese buffet, if you look off to your right when you walk in, there is a grill. The man cooking at the grill makes THE BEST FREAKING FRESH TACOS !#! Everyone loves Chinese food and this place has great food but I would come just for the tacos !!!
The selection is awesome!! Both great tasting & filling. Over all experience was great. What a buffet should be. Great job.

Love this place! Me and my wife always come here! One of our favorite spots to come too. The food is always good, and the steaks are always amazing! Jessie is usually our waitress and she is amazing!! Super sweet, and always helpful! She’s always one top of everything, and always makes sure our drinks are full. We actually come so much, that she remembered our drinks and knew what we wanted right when we walked into the door! Such a pleasure to have as a waitress! Highly recommend you ask for her. And HIGHLY recommend you come here if your looking for some good food, good steaks, and good staff!! Cause we’ll always keep coming back!
Always great food selection at a great price
This was our 2nd time eating at this restaurant. My husband and I were very impressed. The food was fresh. The bars were clean. They will grill you steak and chicken as well. Fantastic variety of food. We were fortunate enough to have the same waitress both times. Her name is Jessie. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We haven't come to Fortune Cookie in a long time because we wanted to try different locations. We simply wanted to try new locations, that's all.
We came back to Fortune Cookie recently, and we couldn't be any happier! They had a large variety of different foods available, and have added more Hispanic did choices too! The quality of their food is actually pretty good, and they still have their steak bar. One thing I was sort of disappointed about is that they removed their chocolate fountain they had in there for a while. That fountain was always fun to go to! I do hope they bring it back some day.
Their service is actually great! The servers are attentive, and are quite helpful. The prices are definitely worth it as well for an all you can eat buffet. Fortune Cookie is a great choice for sudden outings, or spur of the moment decisions to go out to eat.

Okay so I was at fortune cookie I'd say about a month ago evening time I might add....And I did not write my review.. but it was not very good. Today we went before lunch hour was over and it was great I want to go ahead and extend that and say it was fantastic....the food and service was not only great but the price was under $9 a person. Definitely will be our go-to after service meetings.
Original spot was to go to chopsticks but it was overcrowded..... Fortune Cookie will definitely our first choice after service...
