I always have great service coming in here, the food fresh, the employees are nice and welcoming. I frequent it often for my lunch and it’s always a hit! Check them out and try the tuna sandwhich!!!

As first timers to the franchise, a friend and I had walked in and started by starring at the menu info above, after a minute or so I expected the staff or at the least any person working there would have greeted us and possibly expressed that when we get done looking over the selections and were bout ready to place our orders to feel free to come on over to that side of the counter where we start everything off by placing our order at, and point up at the signage above that states "place your order here" so that your new customers are made familiar how to get things started. Instead we were stuck standing around wondering how busy everyone must be to not greet us or ask if it's our first time there.. it wasn't till we began gesturing that we were considering a particular sandwich and one employee simply pointed up to a sign above his head as if we were refusing to comply or be difficult as if we knew how this works on the daily... it was clearly a easily visible signage towards the furthest end of the counter from the entrance, hell a particular competitor sandwich spot has a very similar setup, but again, it really was the first time ever choosing to eat at any J Mike's... just want to help give a little perspective on the first timer type of customer's experience walking in... a routine thing that most restaurants or shops have is to ask that any or all employees, so long as they are not helping a customer already, do their best to greet the person walking in the door, customer or not. Just saying.
Once we got on the same page tho, practically perfect customer service was received and a great sandwich was enjoyed by us both. I'm definitely giving my money to Mike next time I'm up for a sandwich.
The ladies always show a real effort working the crowd and team work with each other. Appreciate yall! & my tasty food
My sandwich was ready for pickup as promised. My sandwich was very tasty. I'm looking forward to going back to try other sandwiches.
