Food was delicious! One of my friends claimed the Tortilla soup is the best hangover cure in San Antonio, so of course I had to try it lol soooooo good!
Party of 10: Family lunch: 1st time: They definitely didn’t disappoint the food was pretty good. The serving size is definitely shareable. My favorite was the menudo. The flavor was on point. The enchiladas were your typical Tex mex type of enchiladas. The beef fajitas were was tender. The hand made corn tortillas were a plus. I’m adding this place as one of my top favs in San Antonio for a quick bite. The customer service was good as well.
Found this little place by accident while passing by and the busy parking lot was all we needed to check it out. Our server, Denise was fast and friendly, the chips and salsa were amazing, the meals were all delicious and came out quickly, even though they were busy. Highly recommend!
Small dining area, so you might have to wait for a great meal.
Stopped by since I was in the area and hungry.
I did not expect it to be as good as it was!
Their price was very reasonable for 3 breakfast tacos under $10, that's hard to find anywhere nowadays for good quality food restaurants.
Food quality 8/10
Tortillas 7/10
Pricing 10/10
Not the beat tortillas around (they were a little soggy- and didn't seem home made) but the food makes up for that.
Definitely worth it of you're in the area and need a quick bite.
Drive thru was fast and efficient!
Will go there again when I'm on that side of town.
Good authentic mexican resturant, food and service were good. Very inexpensive. The only thing I did not like were the restrooms they need a serious cleaning.
I eat at Las Tapatias De Jalisco at least once a week and enjoy their lunch special. Their food is so hot and delicious. The waitresses are very friendly. During lunch it gets pretty crowded, because it's a small place.
In this economy, you never know what you’re going to get for $8.99. The enchiladas verdes proved to be as good as one could expect for such a price (in this economy), which is to say, pretty good! I have no complaints about this restaurant and will likely be back.
We're from Austin, so we are hard to please. We walked from the Blue Star area to this gem across the street from Brackenridge High Schol. This clean, bright, cheerful Breakfast-Lunch spot is delicious, friendly, fast and affordable! It was fun to savor the savory Huevos Rancheros and lip smacking Migas with local bicyclists and families. Gracias Lupita!
My family and I will either go through the drive-thru or dine in at least three times a month and there hasn’t been one instance where we’ve been disappointed. The wait staff, drive-thru staff, and cooks have all been top tier since we started coming here a few years ago.
If there’s one thing I can say, it’s consistency. They’re consistent with their speed and quality every single time and we’re always in for a treat. Keep it up, y’all! 🤙🏼♥️
Overall, I was not expecting much when I walked in.
I was rather surprised and enjoyed my meal.
I had a torta and it was very flavorful.
The tea was good and not overly sweet.
The cooks are the one's that make it great the wait staff are attentive and it's worth the price me and my wife make it are Sunday breakfast place we are both off on Sunday and I appreciate the cook I even tip him as well keep up the great service.
Visiting from Austin ran into this little place. The food is really good, the prices are excellent and all the girls working were really attentive and friendly. Will definitely return when I visit SA again!
Food was great, inspection score posted 94, fat tacos - three of us ate for $10. I know plate prices and these prices were very reasonable.
I love this restaurant! They have generous sized portions and their food is soooo good. I recently tried their molè and it was delicious too. Prices are very reasonable.
I was born in Mexico and grew up in an authentic Mexican household. All I have to say is: might as well have grown up in this building—this restaurant is authentic!
Best breakfast tacos in town!! Whole family agrees. From bacon/bean and cheese to asada to machado..
Local spot,good price, tasty food
But high school across the street might make lunch busy
