10/10 3pm: I’m assuming the guy that helped me was the manager, I didn’t get his name an older gentleman red shirt, he might’ve had glasses I can’t remember now. He was so pleasant, so incredibly nice. He rang me up we had a miscommunication but he apologized and corrected it with no hesitation. He is so amazing, he was everywhere, ringing up, getting food, and cleaning. Communicating with all guest. Telling everyone “bye have a blessed day”. I’ve never he’s the second McDonald’s I’ve encountered like that in my entire life. He’s a gem and doing an amazing job.
Great service and tastes like it should. This location does curbside very well compared to others.
My kids always enjoy coming here to get food or to play in the play area. The curbside can be a little slow at times but it still seems faster than the drive-thru--though that is also pretty quick considering the number of cars often there.
The one near Lackland on SW Military is pretty good. I usually do drive thru for lunch before or after visit Lackland. The food has been good, service pretty quick, so it's a nice change compared to some of the McDonald's in the San Antonio area.
Food was perfect, actually got an extra burger.. 😋🍔 and the line wasn't that long of a wait. Employees are always polite and worth every Dollar. Ty MCd's

The manager named Gina Rodriguez,evening shift, at this establishment is on it. We came this evening, and she greeted us right away, and works hard alongside her awesome staff. This 2nd time here and her demeanor is consistent. Keep up the good work Gina. I wish the other managers were as professional and thoughtful as you. Thank you.

My chicken sandwich was tough and dried out. Disappointing.
