Breakfast fresh food. My son loves the breakfast burger. I have the biscuit bacon breakfast bowl with or without gravy. Hash browns are good, nice and crispy.
I'm not only a Google local guide but I'm also a rideshare and delivery guru and I'm everywhere and anywhere I picked up an order at this Whataburger very congested the parking lot was a hot mess cars going every which way the drive through the way is situated you have to pull into the parking lot and then thread yourself through pedestrians and moving vehicles nobody was leaving space for anybody else to get out and I almost got hit X2. The staff was very efficient food was up and ready to go and it was a large order quickly they were busy but they were also polite and it was good synchronicity the manager there glasses tall Hispanic boy tattoos on his arms very very good he knows what he's doing very focused
As far as fast food goes, excellent. Fresh food and fries. Friendly staff with quick service and multiple checkups. Even gave me a ranch for free that I was prepared to buy. The environment inside was just nice 👍
The flavor of the month(?), white chocolate raspberry, is delicious. The chili cheeseburger (limited time) is worth the trip. If Whataburger is not available where you're from, these places are worth a try. They've always got a special shake flavor and a limited time deal going on.
I just finished the best cooked burger that I have had in quite some time. After disappointing experiences with several burger places, I had stopped going out for burgers. Today, I tried the Whataburger on Grissom Rd. I was greeted by a pleasant, young team member named Cadence. She took & verified my order correctly on the first try. The cooking crew made my burger hot exactly as ordered. Tables were wiped clean, floor clean and even the bathroom.I hope management knows they have a good, hard working crew here. Great job everyone! Check out this restaurant everyone! It's delicious!
Tonight I was really impressed with how I was treated, especially coming in for a salad at 5 am. Priscilla took my order and was really sweet and patient. She was nice enough to check if they had what I wanted before I ordered, and let me know the wait times. I had avoided this location for some time because even after the remodel I felt the food was and service were going downhill. Tonight really changed my mind about that. Every time I looked through that window I saw someone sweeping or mopping and they all seemed to communicate well. Point is I came it a 5 am wanting a grilled salad and wasn't treated like an inconvenience lol. I'll definitely come back from time to time if the service level stays where it's at.
Food was great, service was a little off (maybe cause it was late 10:30pm). First I stood there with no one else in line approx 5 mins before the order was taken. Then I had to hurry up and eat cause the lobby was closing, I wasn't told to hurry and leave but I felt bad having the worker waiting by the door waiting to close. I could've had my food to go if I knew. Google states they're open 24hrs, probably outdated info.
It must've been my lucky day. It was a Thursday morning at 6:15am when I decided to order thru the whataburger app for the 1st time. I placed my order 12min before leaving my home, heading to work. I wanted to try their Spicy Honey Butter Chicken Buscuit with Hash Brown Sticks. Normally this location has the drive thru line and wait time excessively long. I've always avoided this location for this reason. Yet when I arrived, the place was empty! wait.. what?? Yes..Not one car in the drive thru and no one in line inside. I was quite impressed that my order was ready for me, bagged. So I darted in and out with my order in less than 2min. The manager on duty who attended me was very friendly. The guy on the grill peeking his head out also had a friendly smile. These guys made my day! By the way, the meal was yummy! I'll be back again for another breakfast adventure.
I have only gone through the drive thru there but it's always superb. They keep the grounds clean. Lady on the speaker is always nice. My food is always hot.
I'm not a fan fast food especially burgers. We stopped here and I ordered the bacon double burger and it was perfect. It's so big I was only able to eat half. The fries were crunchy and tasty. Nice restaurant and friendly staff.

This is the best customer service I've had at a Whataburger to date. Quick with the food, fast response and listens to customers at 1am.
Always quick and excellent service here. The clerks are great and even though I've had a brain tumor they understand through my multiple mistakes and still serve fresh great food.
EVERYTHING was on point! The food was fresh and the staff was super nice. I asked for advice on which sandwich I should get and they didn't disappoint. We were there at 9:02 per ticket and our order number was 521900 so thank you to the nice gentleman on the intercom for the Spicy chicken sandwich recommendation. WOW, it was delicious!
Very very busy store at least a crew of 10 to 15 delivery pick up for gig apps busy busy busy I said that the parking lot is a traffic jam of cross crossing drive thru cars popping out of spaces without stopping be very careful and on your A game or BAMM to almost 4 minutes to get from cargo storage parking space to Grissom was a draining experience
