Just moved to this side of town and got some coupons in the mail and decided to stop in. My first experience was great! Chris was absolutely amazing! He was actively cleaning when we pulled up, and had the store spotless. He was very kind, patient, and upbeat. Even when more people started trickling in, he kept his cool and handled everything without a sweat. The best part of it all, he makes a hell of a great sandwich!
The two people working here did great. I just left and always hold my subway experience to a high standard. Thumbs up ππΌ
It is very clean and relaxing in here. Didnβt get food as I am picking up for Uber eats but I was pretty impressed by how clean it is, even the bathrooms.
I love subway but they discontinued some of the good Italian stuff but the new sandwiches are good too.
What an awesome experience. The staff was so nice . The new subway series subs are awesome too!!!!!! This location on Babcock/ dezavala gets 5 stars, thier staff get 6 stars.
I just wanted to recognize a great employee at the Babcock location. Sharon was so sweet to all the customers. I was waiting in line, watching her help several customers by herself. She was so efficient and more importantly, super nice to everyone. I've been to other places where the employee gets over whelmed and frustrated and the customer service goes out the window, but Sharon was a rock star! If I was the owner of this Subway, I would feel very blessed to have someone like Sharon working for me. Great job Sharon!!!
We just ordered 2 sandwiches online from this location (Subway club & Tuna) and I can say these were THE BEST SANDWICHES we have ever gotten from ANY Subway. They were made by Chris and he made them perfect!! I knew as soon as I opened the wrapper and all the toppings didn't just spill out all over the place these sandwiches were going to be good. We will be back!
So I've been coming to this particular Subway for 11 years. They used to have it together. The day crew is perfect. They know there sandwiches and are great sandwich artist. The last two times I've been in the evening have been bad experiences. I've had to tell the employee what comes on my particular sandwich. They were also poorly constructed. On top of it the employees the second time were discussing there drug usage. It was interesting background conversation for dinner with my 12 yr old.
I went during a crazy lunch rush but the people behind the counter were very fast and efficient. I would recommend giving anyone who orders the meatball marinara more than one napkin though. It's a very messy sub. Also this is more directed at their corporate office but: Stop keeping the napkins behind the counter!!
If I have to choose a Subway, I choose this one (compared to nearby locations). This location is always clean and the staff friendly. The owner/proprietor allows coupons that have been expired to be used at this location ... so bring in those mail coupons even if they have been past expiration! Parking can be a little tricky, so park off to the side to avoid any headaches. Clean and good food at this location Subway.
Me and my family are big fans of Subway, we try to eat every time new location to eat sandwich and so far this is the best subway even the employee name CRISH is very good he makes me and my family sandwich really good, he is very hard working .I hope he has for help bec he is by himself and it's getting busy still he handle all customer with his good service he always welcome each and every one ever it's busy. Definitely come back again to eat.ππππππππ.
The staff are always amazing but they are over worked and the place is always under staffed. Every time I go there is a line and only one person on shift. The owner(Micheal McCoy) needs to get his act together and staff his store properly or pay the single person working for the Job of 3 people that they are always doing. Not to mention it's dangerous for the employees to be alone, what if something happens, there's no one to look out for them and they definitely do enough business to afford more workers (especially at less than a living wage a head).
I Always get fast friendly service. I was disappointed that my toasted sub was soggy when I got home.
Manager has an awesome sanitary very nice customer service with a smile his name is Matt and he is the manager at the subway off of Babcock road he has been there for a while and I wanted to say we get the best customer service there and great food
