Very fast and accurate. The BEST customer service!!! The whopper was great, freshly made, I had it with onion rings that came out hot and fresh! They were very busy but still had my order out fast, the staff was so nice and welcoming. Such Great customer service, I seriously haven’t seen service like that in a long time!!
Stopped by to grab a quick bite before picking someone up from the airport. The location is very easy to get in and out of. The drive thru has good access. My order was taken right away and repeated back to me. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. She handed me my drink making sure that it was correct. After a very short wait, I received my food. The order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh. After issues at other Burger Kings, it was refreshing to know that it is not downhill at all locations. I would visit this location again if in the area.
It's a Whopper Jr 2/5$. Kewl. I promise these burgers are getting smaller! Cool staff n clean restaurant at gas station by the airport. The food was also prepared pretty quick.
The staff is nice just super disorganized. It took them 5 minutes before they even noticed I was standing there.
I had to go back and review. As I was sitting down working on my classwork waiting for my wife to fly in. One of the staff is walking by cleaning and asking each individual if they are okay. She even called me by name. Regardless of the disorganization this trumps all.
From 3 stars to 5 just with that gesture.
*** “Located outside” San Antonio International Airport, not “in” it. Go to the Phillips gas station on the approach road to the terminals, and it’s there along with a convenience store.
Very clean, open early and late for obvious reasons, and polite and competent service.
I like McDonalds’s biscuits more — as well as its sausage, egg & cheese biscuit sandwich itself — but to each his own.
Good coffee.
The dine in was closed but the drive through went super fast. Staff was quick and friendly. Our food came as ordered, hot & fresh. Delicious !
Clean. Delicious food. New employee Rogelio is going to be a shining star. Thoroughly enjoyed my Whopper and cheese sticks. Thanks, gentlemen (and ladies). Looking forward to returning.

Fast service! Both ladies were so friendly:) My first time here and it's near the airport so I highly recommend stopping here before you catch a flight! Also conveniently attached to a gasoline/convenience store.
Very helpful and superb customer service. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated.

The best double burger anywhere at any burger place in Texas!! Nessie and John will cook it up fresh and fast every time! Especially since you can get these HUGE burgers for $3 when you order them off the Burger King App!! And LARGE fries for $1 off the App as well, who else does this?!! No contest at all from any other place.
Best service as well, and cleanest lobby too, no kidding.
However, if just the white lady is working service aint that great. She has her high school daughter sitting in a booth her whole shift, she goes real slow, gets confused, is loudly rude to her co-workers and us customers, lobby gets all messy, tv aint on, etc...you notice a big difference for the worse. Sorry, but its true.

Fran at the counter was so nice. She just had a smile on and was very pleasant.
