Let me tell you the service was 100 percent to my satisfaction. The staff was lovely and the cook, BOOOOYYYY THAT COOK KNOWS HIS WAY AROUND A KITCHEN..the place didn't smell like burnt oil like other facilities I've visited the chicken was fresh and wasn't covered in grease. The facilities smelled clean. The tables were clean the trash wasn't over filled .. this has to be the first churches that I've been to that needs a blue plate from the city ...

Drive thru ppl were hard to hear kept getting upset they had to repeat themselves. Them once I got my food showed annoyed I asked for napkins a ketchup.... they're very rude.
Amazing service at the drive though, even with just 30min til closing. 10/10. Wish I could of gotten the person's name taking my order, great attitude.
Friendly employees and very clean. Fast service and I always order chicken wings or chicken sandwiches. I love those chicken wings.
Since they changed Manager's It's been a lot more better than before but mind you everyone they get busy and because of that we give bad ratings we gotta be patient they are human too not robots not everything is like ur cell phone be grateful they cook ur food correctly their might be times they forget something it's normal don't get upset we're not perfect ty churches for being my favorite place to work and eat their signed an ex employee 1998
It's clean the workers are good to you I like going there all the time good place to go to have a blessed day.
Other than occasionally forgetting to place something in my to go order, and they always make it right, I've always had great chicken from Church's Chicken. Since the early 1970's! Still great chicken with jalapenos are the best!
Love this location. I asked for the $6 shrimp and chicken special. Only they were out of chicken. I was already in drivethu line. So I took all shrimp. They weren't large or medium. They were tiny and with the tail. So really it was battered tail.

Had no problems with my order and my food was cooked, the chicken was cooked all the way through, I was starting to think maybe all chicken comes under cooked after going to other church’s and other Popeyes and having problems, and so this place was excellent on getting it right
Customer service at this place is absolutely superb. We actually went through the drive-thru and our wait wasn't even long maybe 3 minutes. But having gone there before again the customer service is actually excellent appreciate y'all.
Church's Chicken, always has little bitty piece of chicken. But it's but it's cooked really good. And management is rude why does everybody in the east side have to be rude? So if you go there one on Houston I'm sorry New Braunfels you will get an attitude problem
