Same and consistent as any other Subway. Just busy like any restaurant in the area.
I stopped going to this Subway location for a long while because their staff didn't seem to care or notice who they were catering to. But, things seem to have changed and the establishment is better operated. Service is quick, the attitude is friendly, and one older gentleman greets you at the door. Nice and easy-going, now.
My kids, friend, and I went into this restaurant to get breakfast. I was not feeling well, my youngest announced this to the workers. They forgot to ring up my chicken noodle soup (which I was thankful was ready at breakfast time), they just gave it to me. Upon finishing our food, I was unable to continue "tourist" adventures, so they were gracious enough to let me hang out, offered me sprite and whatever I needed. I was very grateful!!!

One of the busiest Subways I've seen but they handle the lines as quickly as possible. The recipes and taste are consistent with other Subways. There's plenty of seating and it's one of the best fast food options when eating downtown.

Service was fast and good. Visited the place for a few days while on town for breakfast sandwiches. Some days they didn't have the flatbread or the egg. Location was clean.
The staff is friendly and they try to hurry up and make your sandwich just the way you like it because their is always a line since it's close to business and people getting out of conventions when they want a quick bite to eat.
Fair prices and good taste, however when it gets busy the wait and services took a bit of a dip. Overall a decent experience!
It's a subway restaurant so what do you expect. Only thing that sucked was asking for a code to go in the restroom. Who uses a code for the restrooms??! WEIRD!!!
