A small mistake on my order was corrected when I got there. Was given the mistaken pizza as well as the corrected order. Both baked very well!
Simon and his associates are the best people. They always and consistently take care of my family. The pizza is always fresh and appealing. The order is correct and delivered very quickly. This is the best Pizza Hut.
They normally do a good job, but the last couple of times they messed up. Previously, on an order of sauce but no cheese, we found on arriving at home, they had added cheese and no sauce. This past time, the order was scheduled for pick up at 6:15 but was not ready till about 6:30. It was not a rush period. I suspect the manager is not overseeing the kids who make the pizzas as they should be doing.
Great pizza & wings! Driver was very nice and friendly! Excellent service - my marinara sauce wasn't delivered the first time, but the manager took care of it for me. She was very helpful & even sent a treat of some Cinnabons & Pepsi along with the sauce. Thanks & keep up the good work, Stone Oak Pizza Hut!
Never disappointed. I lived in Detroit for 12 years and wanted to see if you nailed it. Ordered the Detroit style pizza for my husband who had never heard of it nor had one. It disappeared and we only ask that the Detroit style pizza becomes a permanent menu item.
Ordered a Medium Pan on Sunday before noon and had it in less than 30 minutes! This was so convenient ordered online and didn't even have to get out of my weekend pajamas! I have been so burned by waiting over an hour for Papa Johns that I hadn't really expected anything different but I am so overly impressed I had to review. Thank you for making my Sunday! Happy mom and happy toddler.
The pan pizza was delivered quickly, and was delicious, but the crust was pretty soggy. I did include instructions in the order for crispy crust. After about 15 minutes in the oven, we got it the way we like it.
You got my order wrong. I ordered three pizzas: 2 large thin and crispy meat-lovers pizza, one with extra jalapenos all over the pizza, and a thin and crispy supreme pizza. Both the meat-lovers pizzas had extra jalapenos all over instead of just one.
On August 16, 2018, at 10:23 pm, I ordered two pizzas via delivery, and I must say...who ever cooked our pizzas..cooked it to darn perfection!! Finally a pan pizza that didn't sink when picking it up. I mean pizzas that had perfect proportions of meat, cheese, and sauce, while still having a crispy crust all the way around. Who ever you are sir/madam.. Thank you so much!!
It got delivered to our apartment really fast so it was still hot and delicious. So cheesy and saucey and perfect. Awesome job!!! We ate the whole pizza and we NEVER do that!!! Thanks so much
