There are many 5 star and 1 star reviews so what gives? The pizza and desserts are consistently good but like every other good business they get overwhelmed by too much business all at once. You can't expect a pizza in 30 min on a Friday or Saturday night let's be realistic. Think ahead, call ahead otherwise go with one of the other guys and tip your driver.
We have ordered from here several times and have had great experiences almost every time. It's your typical Papa John's store. I probably should only give 4 stars but I plugged 5 considering how fast delivery times are.
The cinnamon rolls are great! My Dad is allergic to chocolate so we always get the cinnamon.

When I received my pizza it was completely shifted to one side and was flipped over. The toppings and cheese were off of multiple slices. I called the store and Brad was so helpful. He apologized for the inconvenience and credited my account for a free pizza. I was very pleased how Brad handled the situation and because of that I will be back!

It's a Papa John. Normally not standing out in any particular way is a good thing. But they did give us a great military discount in a large order. The staff was friendly and took our group with a sense of humor.
