Decent. Chilaquilas, pork chop, refried beans, potato, 2 tortillas: Chilaquilas had good flavor, I wish they used cheese that didn't get hard after it was cooled. The pork chop was a bit tough. The refried beans were the real deal.. lard and all, and very flavorful. The potatos were cubed and fried up, needing a little salt.
Al Carbon taco plate - Garibaldi Special, came with whole beans and a side a guacamole: 2 very large tacos, tender meat, and delicious homemade tortillas. Beans were undercooked, unfortunately, because they had a really good flavor also. Guacamole was good, and nice that it was on the side.
Enough food was served that we took 1/2 of it to go. 1 taco al carbon, 1 taco with chilaquilas and pork chop, 1 taco with refried beans and potato. Good use for the 2 tortillas.
Parking is an issue at this location. Only a few slots out front, and not sure if we can park in the back. The back parking lot is for a little motel.
Very small, old restaurant. The service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
The best!. There are a few locations for this restaurant and I've been to all of them. They're all great food! You can't beat their refried beans or their fresh tortillas. They are the best in town. We go there for breakfast regularly and everything is always really good. Watch out for the papas rancheras - sometimes they are really spicy! It's great! Also, one of the best burgers I've ever had is the delux Mexican burger. It takes me at least 2 meals to finish one - they are huge! but they are really good! All of the locations are small and crowded except for the one on Fredericksburg. That one is larger but it's still crowded. Good prices, good food, good service. It's worth the drive to get to it.
Ordered the beef enchilada plate, which came with three beef enchiladas, rice and beans, and two tortillas. All the food tasted really good and it was very hot and very filling! Restaurant is spacious and has lots of room even at lunch time. Our server was extremely nice and kind and attentive.
Clean tables and bench seats. Big coffee cups of strong coffee. Homemade flour tortillas...delicious. Hash browns and thick bacon slices...cooked perfectly. Both red sauces...one was spicy, the other ranchero sauce...great favor. Waitress was awesome....Mary Jane.
Ate here with mother and husband. They enjoyed it here, waitstaff spoke both English and Spanish and very attentive. Food was great with plentiful portions.
I love it. Tastes good, friendly service and the price is reasonable. Usually large portions for a great price! Great tortillas, enchiladas, tacos, sweet tea & more. Sometimes they have live music by a singer or two, doesn't bother your dining experience at all! Vente a comer!
Absolutely stellar, the service is attentive and the food was marvelous from start to finish. The salsas add a major kick to the food and overall enhance your eating experience. Compared to other places I've dined in before, Garibaldi takes the lead.

A mistake was made on my order but the service to fix was fast and courteous. Beautiful atmosphere and a great place for a conversation.
Our waitress sucked but the food was delicious. I got my food exactly the way I ordered it and considering I paid for 5 people, the bill was less than $60. I highly recommend the Mexican Deluxe Burger.
Good food, but the place looks old and dirty. Service was below average to poor even with few customers.
Great customer service, the Caldo was delicious and hearty but my personal fav was the Barbacoa. Will return!
I got cheese enchiladas they r just too cheesy for me. But everything else was pleasant.

I give 3 stars because ive never eaten in person here 5 stars because their refried beans are refried beans they remind me of when my mom refried them in mornings with tacos n you know every moms food will always be the best , their puffys r good too but my yum yums here are refried beans cook please keep them refried beans same way thumbs up
The food was hot, and freshly made that's why it takes a little longer to receive ,it was worth it. The servers are friendly and helpful, and the prices are good for what you get.
I would give it 5 stars, but the sauce on the enchiladas tasted a little burnt, everything else was great
