Decided to stop after not having eaten at the franchise for the last 5 years. The $4.99 Double Bacon Cheeseburger looked good and went with that. Walk in and need to wash my hands before eating, the restroom has a lock and you need a code. Go ahead and order and get the code, go in and come out, my order is ready and I take it. Ask for a tray and am told there are none. Fine, grab some napkins and sit down. Fries taste good and the burger is small but hey it was $5. All this while there is a heavy cloud of burger smoke in the kitchen. Finish my meal and walk out smelling like a cheeseburger, lol. Gave it 4 stars for throwing all that at me, it was a fun experience.

I went to use the restroom, the facility was locked. This happened at 12 noon on a Saturday on June 25th. Whoever is managing it on that day and time needs some serious training or to be fired, I called to and nobody answered. Not good for your business at all.

We did a Cheeseburger Challenge that required us to stop at Jack In The Box while in San Antonio. The staff was nice and the food was really good. I told the cashier iut was my first time at a Jack In The Box and about the challenge that we were doing. She told the others working and we talked for a bit. The actual restaurant was a little darker and older when compared to Whataburger and In-N-Out, but it was fine. We'd go back if the opportunity presented itself.

We went through the drive-thru tonight, and there was a line. We had to wait for a bit, but it was well worth it. The staff was very polite and courteous. Our food was clearly fresh and stayed warm the whole way home. Super good. We'll definitely keep coming to this location.

I'm torn on this one because I had a big order of 12 of the 2 pack tacos so it did take quite a bit if time to make. I was in line for about 20 minutes but the cashier (I think her name was Julia) was nice and gave me updates on my order to make sure it was correct. So for time, it was eh but flavor, quality, and great customer service this location was great.

The burger I ordered was delicious, but the wait was too long and they screwed up my order. If you're going to take that long, might as well get the order right. How are you going to order the Ultimate Bacon burger and forget the bacon? Then I asked for it dry and with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles only, and they added onions to it. They should get a 3, but my burger was still good.

Sorry of enjoyed the visit especially the face of the counter person when we ordered 16 ordered of their 1.79 two tacos.. Took them about 10 minutes but it was worth the wait! Lol

Jack in the box is always delicious! Might be a little pricey and a little longer wait but usually pretty worth it!

They were out of tacos, and there was a leak in the roof, so water was seeping out of one of the can lights in the ceiling! The restaurant itself is run down and sorta dirty, and the food is meh, but that's Jack in the Box! I give it four stars though- the staff was super courteous, the food was fresh and quick, and the Trap music was incredible! The only bummer was the lack of tacos, because they're the best.

This day i went in to work extra early and decided to drop by JITB. Overall the service was great and food was tasty. My only critique is having only one person open when a second person could definitely be of great help. I'm thinking not only as a consumer but a worker. At a time when workers are paid less for more, maybe a rethink on the issue.
