Awesome new Italian place with a separate, trendy bar. Family-friendly, vegetarian options (and I think vegan but don't recall). Crowded for dinner, but we were able to get a table for two relatively quickly. It's Southern Italian, so pasta, pizza, and hearty plates. Great appetizer and wine (Italian and Californian) selection, large portions, attentive service (especially for as crowded as it was). It's got a great vibe, with a mix of families, couples, business folks, and groups of friends enjoying an evening out. A bit loud for casual conversation, depending on where you're seated. The traditional antipasto appetizer is artistic and delicious!
First time here, asked our waiter for his recommendations on the dishes and ended up drinking an Italian red blend and eating the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream sauce. Both were fantastic. Someone else ordered a pizza with mortadella, burrata, tomato, and pistachio. It wasn't pretty but was very tasty. Another person had an interesting house made pasta called fiocchetti with pear in it and everyone loved it.
I rarely order gnocchi anywhere because it's usually terrible, but our waiter was Italian and I was right to trust his opinion! Will be back. Desserts and cocktails we're great too. I'm so stuffed.
The place is a bustling Italian place with lots of traffic. Service is attentive. Food is tasty. Options are available for various dishes. Wine selection is wide. Parking will be difficult to obtain given this is a busy area in San Carlos. Overall a good place to eat.
Very nice atmosphere, helpful staff and quality food. I really enjoyed what I got but I also walked in with no expectations. I would return to try some of their other options.

Excellent service and delicious vittles! I will definiteley be returning as i am a burratta lover and this menu has plenty of it! These were just 2 tasty examples ♡♡
Nice variety of meals. Good sized portions. They accommodate special request orders nicely. Atmosphere was very enjoyable. Great foot traffic in downtown San Carlos, so there will probably be a short wait at the lunch or dinner hours. The wait staff practice good customer service.
