New ownership is a welcome change. Pizza was really good and the beer selection was nice. I sampled the spaghetti and meatballs as well and the sauce was amazing. According to the new owner they are going to start serving subs, which should be a good alternative to packing lunch for a day at the beach. The pier has been one of our favorite family beach hang outs lately and I'm glad there is a nice less expensive option for a good meal. BTW, DON'T pass up on the chocolate chip cookies. Wow.

This place just opened up a couple weeks ago! The pizza is really good! The service is great! Beautiful view of the ocean. Went with a crowd of 20 with no complaints.

Great pizza and pasta... nice atmosphere for a small pizza shop. They have all sorts of beers and wines... plus they have Coke product fountain drinks for those who don't drink.
This pizza, salad,and pasta restaurant has a beautiful view of the beach. They have a great selection of beers and wines. There are TV's to watch sports. The service was fantastic, and everything was tasty. The owner stated they use family recipes. They were able to accommodate a couple or a large group. There was a welcome board as we walked in. We will def return!
they serve THE BEST thin crust pizza everrrr! the brownies are uber moist, spongey, chewy and chocolatey! super duper yummy! definitely a place to see and be seen!
Loved it! The price was awesome and the pizza was very good! The gentleman who work there were very nice. It was a nice weekday lunch with my husband while we enjoyed the view. Will definitely come back.

We didn’t know what to do for dinner so we thought simple, order a pizza which we never do. I vaguely remembered a suggestion & I ordered for delivery but actually meant to order from Cassanos however I’m not mad about the mistake! The pizza was great! I will definitely be coming back. Really glad we accidentally ordered from Cosentino’s and will be recommending.
This might be the Best place to eat on the pier ( well at least the cheapest ) extra large pepperoni pizza 🍕 $20bucks very Reasonable for this part of town.
They are really quick so even though the line may be big it moves fast ( less than 15 minutes ). Only issue. No ice in the ice machine. Unless you like hot soda that is ?

Great thin crust pizza! The cheese was cooked perfectly. We ordered the small and it was perfect for the 2 of us. For $10, and with views of the ocean, I don’t know how you can beat this place!
This place is fantastic. The pizza crust is real old world style. Thanks for the offering of vegan cheese. The gluten free crust is also vegan. The staff is friendly and courteous. And you certainly can't beat the ocean view! 8 beers on tap for such a small place is stellar, but the careful choices are the real gem.
got a chicken parm sub, took more than promised 15mins... but sub is good, chicken is soft and tender inside, sauce is not too salty.. had to scrape off some cheeze, even though supposed to be easy cheese

It was GREAT😋. Large pizza. ANY gourmet. I got "The God Father". It includes loads of meat. Just one slice made me full. Definit would recommend.
What a great place, I have been going there for a few years. I always get a slice of pizza, "Pep-Sausage," and a beer. The wings are excellent and sandwiches yummy. The staff, Gia, Max, Marissa and Albert, are amazing and very nice people. You can not believe the views of the beach and San Clemente Peir. It's a fun atmosphere .

Prices are amazing for being basically beachfront. As you might expect it's a long wait especially during summer. Nice on tap beer selection. They have different pizzas, but for the most part are just different names to your standard pizzas. They do have some exotics Fig and Goat Cheese pizza but with kids we went with Pepperoni and Garlic Chicken. Great spot and very popular so be prepared to wait. But overall we were very satisfied with the pizza.
