Very hot lobby we ate outside but not very safe for little kids on patio. Huge drop off into a stairwell. The food was amazing but expensive for a big family. We did enjoy it some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Staff was okay i couldn’t hear anything she was saying though. Wasn’t very helpful with menu questions
Super clean place! Tasty! Only issue was my order was not what was described. I ordered the ca steak burrito....only cheese, steak and potatoes. No sour cream (per desc) and no added pico de Gallo or beans and lettuce (per add ons via door dash app). It was good, but not as good compared to what I ordered. And it was to go, so....My husband's order pollo asada combination was superb. I'll go back, but probably order in person for my to go order. Definitely worth a try.
Awesome food and good service. The place was clean and fairly cheap for the amount and quality. About $7 for a burrito (see pic attached; with an iPhone for scale). I had a California burrito after a surf session and it hit the spot; although, almost anything tastes amazing after getting barreled for 2 hours.
They only take cash btw, so make sure you have it.
DELICIOUS. I came from a soccer game and asked for an egg burrito. It’s not on the menu but they didn’t hesitate at all. They just asked what I wanted in it and gave it to me in like 5 minuets. It’s very yummy. The people were very nice. I recommend for a quick bite.
I got an Al pastor taco and a side quesadilla. Great taste, and good value for money, even during all the inflation! Tons of meat on the taco.
The side quesadilla is massive! It was good as well, my only complaint would be it was very greasy and they package it folded on itself which spreads the grease more.
Their salsa is tasty and spicy.
I would recommend it, and go again
Lady taking my order was nice the tables needed to be wiped down and as soon as the corn tortillas for my plate cool off they get really tough. 😕
Great authentic Mexican food. Carne asada nachos are so good and the burritos are the best. Open 24 hrs. THEY TAKE CARDS NOW!

I am completely unfamiliar with the area, and Google Maps led me to this little whole in the wall Mexican restaurant just a few streets inland from the beach. It doesn't look like much, but the food was delicious, FRESH, very well priced, and the customer service was fantastic! I ordered 2 fish tacos. The owner offered to fry one and bake the other, both excellent! They are $4.49 ea, or you can get the combo with rice and beans for $14.99. These tacos are not small. Complementary chips and salsa. I will definitely go back to this restaurant during my next trip.
Also, this restaurant is privately owned, I don't know about you, but in my opinion, it is always a plus.

Everybody's really cool in there except for the one lady who's there working the cash register sometimes she does not like me for some reason and she charges me for jalapenos and carrots and she did that again except I bought 2 burritos and some Carney Assad chips and dip no and well she didn't put any of them in there but I was charged for them. And the other guys at the register are always great and there's a younger gal after school name Michelle I believe she's awesome. The older gal needs to work on her communication skills better. I've never had a problem there except for this same lady all the time. It's a matter of fact that you'll buy there cause it was still early and wasn't late enough for that girl to be out of school so I I'm not even gonna go in there to buy food anymore until I know that lady's not working. I'm sorry to be so brutal about this but I actually feel this and II love your service I love your food but I don't like her service and I don't like her greeting customer she's not friendly she doesn't smile. And if you guys see me you know me I come in there everybody knows me what I want I've always get the same thing. Everybody in that store is great except I said that 1 lady and I'm sorry to say Is that. But the cook and the other guys in there and Michelle are awesome.
Awesome Carne Asada burrito. Very simple, just the meat (and a LOT of it) pico de gallo, and guacamole wrapped in a large warm flour tortilla. Very filling and worth the $9.50
