Our waitress was so patient and informative. We started with the lobster bisque soup and coconut shrimp, then shared the lobster mac and cheese to save room for the best dessert! Our waitress had the kitchen split our main dish in two. When you look at the picture, please know the serving size is one half. The views of the sunset and skyline at night were so romantic. We will be back.
The food here is Smackin!!! I had a large party of 11 and they took great care of us! We came during a cold afternoon and the heaters worked great keeping us warm. I met one of the busboy his name was Joseph, he was very kind, and a hard worker.
The dessert here is amazing. We tried every one of them. The lobster blt was huge! And the tacos were amazing! The burgers also looked amazing! Everything here was a hit! I really enjoyed the appetizers as well. The seafood platter was a go! I definitely recommend this place is worth a try!
C Level is at a picturesque location. If you get good seats, you'll get a great view of downtown San Diego over the water. The food was very good, but not quite as good as I would have hoped, given the price. I got the catch of the day, seabass, which was, as expected and hoped for, fresh. I was not blown away by the dish, though. C Level is a very pleasant but somewhat pricey experience. If you're willing to pay a little extra for that view, C Level is a perfectly good place to go.
Beautiful restaurant on the waterfront. Oysters were great, coconut shrimp, mile high mud pie for dessert! Wish we had more room for food but we had such a late lunch. Awesome experience. Thank you Shannon for the amazing service!

The views are only the second best part of dining at C Level. The food is amazing. A fresh and innovative menu full of fresh seafood. The drinks are delicious and the dessert is not to be missed. I loved the oysters, crusted salmon and almond cheesecake. Service was fast, friendly and very attentive. Whether you are looking for a nice romantic dinner or visiting from out of town C Level is a great choice.
This restaurant guarantees great customer service, great food, great drinks, and the best views in San Diego.
I've never had a bad time here I've never had a bad waiter or waitress. There's always a few staff members near the dining area to ensure that the guest are being taken care of. I enjoy the lobster bisque, their salads, the lobster mac and cheese is delicious, and the last dish I had was a seafood salad and that was exquisite. Looking forward to my next visit back.
Celebrated our anniversary. Was able to walk up around 5 pm on a Sunday and seated after a 20 minute wait. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a beautiful view of the city and Coronado Bridge during sunset. We started with oysters on the half shell and they were fresh. My husband got the beef tartar and I got the lobster bisque, both with good flavor and good texture on the beef tartar. I got the seafood pasta with plenty of seafood mixed in with the pasta, and my husband really enjoyed the filet mignon and lobster tail. We enjoyed a bottle of wine over dinner and shared a strawberry shortcake for dessert. Service was attentive and it was the perfect venue to enjoy a special date.
This is my third time here and they never disappoint - they have parking spots, they have really nice views of the harbor and city lights of downtown San Diego at night. They have a very inviting atmosphere.
For our most recent visit, we came here for a last minute mini celebration. At the time we got there they had a 30 - 45 min wait time, and that is understandable since they were busy at the time we were there.
We opted to sit by the bar since we can still order food from there and they have seats already available. Our barista was fantastic - she was friendly, we enjoyed our conversations with her and watched her make drinks.
I got the Harbor Spritz, C Level Louie Salad, and Chef Deb's Ahi Tuna and Salmon Poke Bowl - and they are good, as how they always are.
I personally recommend this place and will come back here again.
Second time here and never disappointed. Our server was the true highlight. Jessie was absolutely authentically amazing and such a doll. If she’s your server, treat her well. At C-level, you can’t go wrong with the ocean views. Great place to bring out-of-towners or just enjoy as a local. I’m not much of a cocktail person but the cold-blooded was outstanding. Our lunch was delicious. The mud pie was the cherry on top. I took off one star just because $200 for lunch for 3 people seemed a bit steep. Dining out these days is turning into a rare occasion, but today was worth it.
If you're going to spend money on entertainment & food you want the best..right? Well we celebrated our anniversary here because of the location on the water , the views and the chef that prepares the food. The service was also excellent and our drinks were alway topped off. We went for the fresh Ahi seared tuna which is the best you can find in San Diego. I had the fish & chips which was very filling and you won't go away hungry. The Coconut shrimp appetizer was also very tasty. Topped off with a special raspberry cake desert and we were very happy!
