This place gets 5 stars from me and the Mr. We found it under a search for "Gluten Free breakfast options" and they did not disappoint. It didn't just give you the one or two pancake options, nope, it's seems that at least half of their menu allows for gluten free options. I can go one for days about that, but you get it. One of their specials was matcha green tea pancakes....the best of the 3 that I had! The churro and cinnamon roll pancake were good to but the green tea was superb. The seasonings and flavor in everything we had was perfect, and they get an extra star for having Kombucha! Mr. G was pleased...so I'm happy.

I really wanted to try something new and out of my comfort zone. So I ordered the breakfast jambalaya and it did not disappoint. I loved everything about this restaurant it was fast and on point. Staff was friendly from the moment we put our name on the wait list which was only about 10 minutes. Wish I could remember our waiters name he was very good. Kept asking if we were okay and if we needed anything else. Staff can make or break a business and the owner/manager is doing a great job.

The wait wasn’t bad - and they will text you when ready so you can wanted around Liberty Station. The food is AMAZING. The service was spot-on. The Jurassic Bacon is some kind of drug- it is a must! We shared a sweet (Red White & Blue French Toast) and savory Croque Monsieur (benedicts) with the potatoes that have brussels sprouts and bacon. Everything was beyond delicious and perfectly prepared and presented. This place is now on our “Top 3” list.

Cute little place! Very busy! The food took awhile but it was worth the wait. I have many dietary restrictions and they were more than happy to accommodate

I am writing to share my experience at Breakfast Republic in San Diego and provide you with a positive review. The establishment impressed me with their generous portions of food, ensuring value for your money without compromising quality. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, catering to various budgets. The fast and efficient service further added to my overall satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast at Breakfast Republic and would highly recommend it. Next time in San Diego, I will absolutely stop here again. Thank you for your attention.

This was our second time eating at Breakfast Republic. My wife had the Cafe De Olla which she enjoyed (she's a coffee person) and I had the ice tea. For breakfast she had the breakfast Sammie and I had the American w/pancakes. Overall the food was good, my pancakes got cold to fast so was disappointed in that. This Breakfast Republic is located in Liberty Station and is a very busy location. If you have time you should walk around the area. I recommend Breakfast Republic. Enjoy

This was one of the best breakfast restaurants I’ve eaten in for some time. The menu options are many, making it difficult to pick only a few items for breakfast. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted but finally selected the breakfast jambalaya and the pick 3 pancakes (to share). The service was great and the food was excellent. Definitely a return visit will be in the calendar.

This location of breakfast republic has got to be my favorite. Easy location, great parking, service is amazing, and I just like this general area. I recently went here with my dad who is disabled. His wheelchair was definitely accommodated and parking is so close! Since it’s so popular, expect the normal long wait on weekends and pricing for a great breakfast diner. Recommendations: Any of the Benedict’s Jambalaya And French toast cocktail to wake you up!

Wonderful food creations. Very interesting egg dishes that are not the norm. Pancakes are big and fluffy and delicious. They also have an upgrade to their potatoes that they offer with most dishes and it should not be missed. Service is decent, but seems to be hurt by their success - very busy, so the attentiveness may not be there at times, also table was sticky on arrival. Oh and they have truly fresh squeezed orange juice which was unbelievably delicious!

Great place for Sunday brunch but you better get there early because there will be a crowd. The food is good and the variety of dishes is also good. Dishes include shrimp and grits to breakfast tostadas…the atmosphere is great and our server Kyla is the best there is.

Small but quaint-feeling location in Liberty Station. It can get pretty busy so I definitely recommend early on a weekend or during a weekday if you can. We went on a Tuesday recently and had no wait at all. The food is typically pretty good and service is always friendly. I like how cozy this location feels both inside and out. There's very easy parking but it can fill fast so just be aware! Always upgrade your potatoes! :) The food is very reasonably priced and you can't really go wrong with anything

We sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table and had the BEST server! She was whipping up drinks left and right while also giving us great service. She recommended dishes to us and made sure we were taken care of. We both really enjoyed our food, especially the burrito and breakfast Sammie!

Definitely the best breakfast restaurant I've been to in the area. They have a wide variety of options on the menu to choose from. I chose the Churro Pancakes, the Bottomless Strawberry Lemonade, and a couple of sides to include the Seasonal Fruit. Everything was delicious and brought out to the table timely. The indoor seating can feel a little crowded if you are eating there in person with four or more people.

Great breakfast spot that we ran into and glad we did. Service was great. Food was delicious. Great selection on the menu to chose from. Expect a wait as this place looks to stay busy any day of the week. 25 minute wait on a Monday afternoon.
