In-n-out is a Californian staple and as a Californian native I always have to stop and enjoy a nice juicy burger, and the best part is these burger joints never change in style or flavor and never disappoint!! Best food ever!!!
Line was out the door, but the counter staff kept it moving. Our cashier was super friendly and cheerful, and had a wonderful attitude. Everyone knows that the fries aren't that good so whatever, its kind of annoying when people complain about them. They're cut in house but they are pretty dry. Can't hold it against any particular location. You can always order them light or well done to change their consistency.
We really enjoyed our food and the experience. Would highly recommend visiting!
Sadly, this is my first visit to an In-N-Out Burger! But it won’t be my last! Great food, great service & reasonable prices!

Everything was absolutely great! Food was fresh , hot and quick. This was my second time here and it was just as good this time as it was the last time .

The worst thing about living on the East coast is that In-N-Out doesn't exist here. Besides being the pinnacle of the fast food customer service world, they also have an outstanding product that is the epitome of consistency and deliciousness. Doesn't matter which outlet you pick in which city it will be great. This location was no exception. I love the thing they do with the order taker walking the drive through lone so that orders are started as soon as possible. Even if there is a long drive through line, it won't last. Out in the East, anything more than 2 cars is a horrific delay. Ahhh, In-N-Out I will miss you until we meet again.
The best burger in the country. The best customer service. Always a clean establishment. I'm a firm believer of dining In and opposed to Out. Relax and enjoy. I make it easy for them and myself. Order a Number 1 with grilled onions every time. You can't go wrong. A truly and iconically Californian experience.
Had an awesome experience as usual with delicious burgers, fries and an absolutely scrumptious strawberry and chocolate shakes! My two friends from Detroit were visiting and it was their first In and Out Burger experience! I asked for three paper hats and the cashier graciously gave me three in which we took a picture outside under the In-N-Out Burger logo on the building. An overly smiling and happy employee offered to take the picture of all three of us with our hats on and smiling after a fantabulous first time and 10th time experience for me! It was truly a rewarding experience for all three of us especially my two friends that could not stop talking about In and Out Burgers for the rest of the day! Thank you for an awesome experience as usual very courteous and fast friendly staff!!! If you had six stars I would give you six stars all the way around thank you!
My cousin and myself went for the very first time and the person who helped us was super amazing friendly and answered all my questions. He offered us the animal burger omgoossshhh so good I recommened it 100%
A few years ago I flew to Vegas from Massachusetts and was introduced to In-N-Out. Now every year that I return to Vegas and/or San Diego the main purpose is to eat In-N-Out! 3,000 miles is too far! Bring it to Massachusetts!
Forever a Fave.... The line wrapped around the place are testament to its food! whenever Im n Cali I always have to get a Double Double, grilled onions... xtra cheese and a strawberry shake!
Anachronism - In A Good Way. I've been to this location twice while on vacation. Both times, the cashiers and servers were kind and smiling and seemed happy to be working there.
I walked 1.8 miles for this burger.... ...and it was worth every step! I love In-N-Out! I am so excited to hear that they are coming to Dallas. Five hours away is so much better than 20!

Amazing food and service. Came from Florida for a concert but with the goal the eat here and it is worth it! Will definitely stop here again when in town. Everything is cooked to order and fresh! It was a bit of a wait on the food but worth it. Loved it!
My wife and I had a wonderful drive thru experience today. They were taking orders on the street instead of at the window because it was lunch time. The person who took our order was helpful and patient. Our order was 100 accurate and served fast. Chocolate and vanilla shake was yummy. Double double with animal fries was delicious! Animal fries are fries with sautéed onions and there homemade sauce, it is like thousand island. Love it here! Thank you!
Every time I’m back in CA it’s always time for a good burger. INO remains SUPREME. Got the classic double double animal style (obvi) with animal style fries and a lemonade. Damn if it ain’t just the BEST. Smashed it. Also the entire St. Thomas football team was here. Those dudes were soooo big but a double double was enough to feed them so damn if that doesn’t speak to portion sizes.
Always busy, always a wait, always fresh, always good (except the fries need work). I’ve never seen such a line for drive through service—I had to drive around the line to get into the parking lot. As I write this and see the one picture I have of the food, I’m starting to get hungry. The burgers are fantastic and worth all the trouble it takes to get them. Keep up the good work, and get those fries fixed!

Usually crowded and filled with college kids, but the food here is always fresh and the line moves very quickly. Always good for a late night snack!
I've waited 20 years for the opportunity to eat at one these - it was perfect. Nothing more and nothing less than it should be. It's the kids new favorite. Please bring it farther east!
I've been to a number of In-N-Outs over the years. The food quality is always good. Still not certain of the hype. They've moved eastward (recall a time when I was kid that you could only eat at an In-N-Out if you went to SoCal). This particular location is insanely busy. It's clean, the staff is friendly and somehow keeps up with the insane amount of patrons. It's a burger and fries. For the price, it's worth it!

It was about a half hour before closing, so the dining room was a little unkempt, and the restroom severely lacking in supplies! The food, as always, was great! Fresh, hot, and quick! This is however, the first time I've ever been met with "attitude" by an employee. The guy at the register was GREAT! But he DID have his hands full with the constant flow of customers walking in. So when part of my order wasn't set out with the rest to pick up, I didn't think anything of it. I just waited to catch the eye of someone passing, who could help. When she finally stopped intentionally trying NOT to make eye contact, because I wasn't going away, and asked what I needed, she SEEMED pleasant enough, but the attitude with which she retrieved the item, and extreme prejudice with which she then proceeded to place it on the counter in front of me with... Was what one might consider atrocious and unacceptable behavior for any situation, no matter the circumstances. She was clearly "disturbed" by my request for the rest of the order I had just paid for! NOT the usual vibe I'm met with, in any of the branches I've been to. In fact, the crew members always seem... Happy... To be at work! Content to love what they're currently doing for a living, and who they're working alongside. A rather "family" type of vibe and energy that normally exists from the crew behind the counter, as they function cohesively and effortlessly as one. This particular individual just made it feel like a cog gone awry, out of sync with the rest of the teeth and gears, in the normally fluid functionality of the whole! I smiled and told her "Thank You" as I turned away, item in hand, but noticed it didn't have that usual "I personally CARE about the quality of what I'm serving to you" color, taste, or temperature that everything else has always had. What a disappointment! The place no longer felt as cheerful and bright as I have always felt it to be. 😞 Maybe it had just been a really long, tough day and she was just out of sorts. However, it is never acceptable to expose your clientele, the bread and butter basis of your reason to keep the doors open and signing paychecks, to that type of raw, unfiltered, unchecked, negative energy! It definitely leaves a lasting impression, and a sour taste, afterwards! But this too, shall pass. Hopefully she finds something she loves to do!!
Always consistent and delicious! Lines can get long but you never have to wait for more than 20min dining in.
We went for a quick burger bite. We were lucky to get qued in the drive-thru line. The wait was not too bad. We got our food, and off we go. Parked near the empty parking lot and started to consume burgers and fries.
As always, the taste was delicious and tasty, and fries were crispy and crunchy.
Friendly staff and quick service.
Unfortunately, parking is a bit challenging.
If you eat inside the establishment, expect large crowds and loud voices.

Fast and fresh burger! I don't enjoy greasy food as much any more but this burger was flavorful and fresh. The strawberry shake was also very delicious. The service was amazing and very fast. I love this place now!
No trip to California is complete without a stop at In N Out. Yes, it is very good, but in my opinion there has been some slippage in quality, I think due to increased demand and rushing.
As an example, today during busy lunch hour, an employee began staging orders of fries while waiting on burgers.
When burgers were ready, they were then coupled with cold fries. There has to be a better way.
First time at an in n out. I seldom eat fast food anymore because it's gross. The burger tasted fresh and not like it had been sitting there for hours (looking at you Wendy's and McD's) and it was very affordable Also the workers looked professional and didn't look surly and unwashed. Hope they someday bring this to the Midwest.
You’re not gonna find a better location and burger for the price. I’m halfway through my meal and had to give props to this IN N OUT!!! The kids working seem genuinely happy to be there and the food I got was stunning to look at / eat. Since you read this I’ll give you a special order that never fails: A double-single, fries light well , Diet Coke. Your welcome.
