Amazing deep dish pizza
Deep dish pizza was great, service was excellent and friendly. Great place to watch the boats go buy and other food choices if you whole party doesn’t want the same.
Really enjoyed the pizza here - served quickly and was really good too. Very good value. A nice place to sit outside and enjoy the views. Recommended
Yummy!. Affordable and good :) I suggest getting a pitcher of Shock Top
A Returner. We have chosen to go to Seaport Village many times over the years in order to have the Chicago deep-dish pizza. Every time we've had it, we've loved it. My only "dislike" to the restaurant is the cheap paper plates that they give with the pizzas.
This place was very good. I ordered the Meat Lovers Chicago style pizza. I have been looking forward to this pizza because there are only a handful of pizza places that make Chicago style pizza in a way that I would call "correct". Asaggio is VERY close. The taste was great. The ingredients are delicious but the dough was just a bit too thick. I think the ingredients should be a higher porportion than the dough. A Chicago style pizza should be like a "pie". This is being kinda picky though, the pizza was great and I would definitely recommend it. The pizza was $21 and will feed 2-4 people. The restaurant itself was small and clean. The pizza took under 20 minutes to make which is uncommon in my experience. Usually takes around 40. Go check it out.
This pizza is bomb! The price is actually great for the location as well. I was with my family and we are a few pizzas (Meat Lover's Deep Dish, Hawaiian Deep Dish and a New York style The Works pizza) and some cannoli. The pizzas took about 30 minutes to come out, and they were worth the wait. We did have to get more marinara sauce, but it was still pretty great. The decor and music were good as well. The restrooms are kind of hard to access from here though. FYI.
Pizza place at seaport village. We ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage and it was tasty. They validate parking so that was good
The pizza is really good. I got the deep dish and loved it. It was huge and a lot for 2 people. Takes a little while to cook but worth the wait...
Food is great. Location is amazing. The decor could be cleaner and more updated. The prices are abit high. Service overall is helpful and fast.
Really good Chicago pizza. Been coming here since I was a kid. Now I bring my kids. 👍
Not the best pizza I've ever had, but still really liked this place. Really cool and unique decor. Service was a little slow but no big deal because you have a great view of the water while you wait, and cool comic strips all around the restaurant to look at. Reasonably priced. My travel buddy loved their pizza and ate here several days during our stay in San Diego.
Great Chicago style pizza. It was expensive ($33 for a pizza), but not considering it's location. Pizza was big enough to feed 4, maybe more people. Not much dining area, but the whole Seaport Village area is tightly laid out.
I read some other reviews. People complain about the wait- from what I can tell they make the pizza to order. If you come during a busy time, you may have to wait. As I said, it's pricey, but I got a burger/fries/drink around the corner for about $15. This is California for one, San Diego for two, and right on the Harbor for three. Prices are what I would expect. You can sit probably 20' from the water at this restaurant, which is a luxury some would appreciate.
This place has been here forever, still my go to spot everytime I'm in SD. Pizza slice is just a huge trip down memory lane when my dad took me to SD and got me the same pizza. Now that I have a kid it's super awesome I can do this with him. Anyways the pizza itself won't disappoint though I don't think it's anything super special. It's pretty fast and has a nice seating area over looking the water in the back.
A solid slice of pizza served New York style.
Stopped By for a quick bite to eat. We picked the spaghetti and meatballs with a slice of pepperoni pizza. We paid a very reasonable price and food was brought out with in 10 minutes. The pizza was very HOT! But was flavorful as well after a few minutes to cool off. Spaghetti and meatballs was a very good portion and meatballs where great! must be a long time family recipe or something cus WOW!
I highly recommend if you are int he area give it a try
Tried the calzone and they were very generous with the cheese. The flavor was delicious and the portions generous. My plate was heavy! There is outdoor seating available with views of the water and a great place to people watch. BE WARNED that there are a lot of pigeones here that are after your food. I took my eyes off of my plate for a second and one came within inches of snatching my calzone.
The Pizza Is Amazing and It has a low price! For one slice of New York Thin Crust Pizza it's $3.25.One regular sized soda is $1.75 not to mention a large soda is $2.50. Last your pizza is ready under 3 minutes!! Assagio Pizza Pasta Plus is one of the greatest pizza places in San Diego by far!!
