Only downside is 50% of the time they are out of chocolate syrup for there chocolate milkshakes. Food is hot and fast. I usually order online and walk in 6 minutes later and it's ready.
My kids loved the breakfast french toast sticks; as well as the fries during lunch. We visited this location three times in 2 days. Drive thru was slow, but the orders were correct. Maybe staffing shortage? Either way, I would come to this location again.
This Jack location has always been superb since I moved here to Temecula in July 2010. Orders are filled correctly, rarely is quality of product below my expectation.
I say the atmosphere is a 4 because they have a horrible dark cloud very rude employee Moe I seen his be dismissive and raise his voice at customers. Other then that has a cool vibe and service always fresh.
The food was tasty & Hot.
But..... the serving size is getting Smaller.
It's 3a.m. and 3 jack n the boxes later I finally get some food, the lady's name was Ashley and she served me my food with a smile and in a timely manner. 3 different stores that's where supposed to be 24 hours. Only this one was actually working... I got where closed for maintenance till 5:00 a.m. the 2nd jack in the boxes told me online orders only. Both where supposed to be open 24 hours. I guess jack in the box like to pay people to be there and not serve people.... Ashley needs a raise!
Profesional, as well as very good in backing up our San Diego Padres for any home runs hit the day after free jumbo jack with purchase of large coke...
Come on now, are you really reading a review for Jack in the box? What do you expect? The only thing you'll see here is people complaining because they have nowhere else to vent or somebody random like me making fun of everybody else either complaining or trying to read a a review for the best value in fast food that is headquartered right here in Sunny San Diego.

Excellent service. You want hot food then come here. I have speech impediment and you can sometimes have trouble hearing me in which the lady was very nice and on point. Food was pipping hot . In which actually let it cool for a second . Hence you don't come here for gourmet food the service here was great and employees on top of it.
The spicy chicken strip were solid. Didn't have any issues with the associate that took my order. Kept it short and sweet.
A little less nice than other locations but exactly what you expect with any fast food chain.
