So I was at this location today and the service is usually excellent and so are the drinks but I saw a employee named aliyah I believe snapping at one of their coworkers (the girl had goth aesthetic) cursing at her in front of customers calling the girl slow and it was happening for a good 10 minutes and very uncomfortable to witness. If I was the manager I would fire that aliyah employee immediately.

Went here today. Super fast service. Staff is ok mostly. I don't know her name I didn't get a good view of name tag but the girl with the stormtrooper pin standing in the front of the store was very kind to everyone! Walking across the patio to hand people sitting down their drinks; NEVER have I seen someone at this Starbucks deliver that type of service. I noticed today she offers big cups of water to people who are homeless, you can tell she truly cares and doesn't view the customer as a number unlike most of the staff there. She suggested a drink I never would have tried if she had not recommended me any given they are out of hibiscus. I definitely feel comfortable going to this store when she's there because I know if there is an issue she will get it taken care of and never gives me attitude unlike some people I have encountered here.
