We found HOB Coffee on Park when looking for a new place to have crepes. It appears small from the outside, but there is plenty of patio seating, with indoor seating as well. It is pet friendly for patio dining. When we were there they had a very unique coffee flavored with mushroom powder. Sounds odd and gross, right? It was surprisingly delicious. We had one cold and one hot. Both were equally tasty. The coffee flavor was robust and smooth. The mushroom powder, cream and other flavors blended into the coffee were a surprisingly delicious combination. The crepes were light, large, well-filled and SO GOOD! They were: Scrambled Egg, Bacon, Spinach, Cheddar, and Tomato - another was like the one just named with Brie instead of cheddar. The last one was Pesto, Artichoke, Red Peppers, Feta and Arugula. It is casual dining where you can relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. We will definitely revisit HOB Coffee on Park. I feel confident that no matter what is served, it is sure to please.
Nice coffee and good eats. Cozy atmosphere to sip coffee and catch up on work. Great street view.
A very fine establishment with great coffee and decor. I don’t know why they put this phenomenal Kobe art in the bathroom. I wish it was out and about and showing. Espresso here is top notch, not sure if they have glassware. Only downside is that there is scarce parking around here. Not their fault of course and anyone from SD knows this is common nonetheless. Actually there is paid parking across the street I believe. We parked farther and walked. My gf liked the bread loaf here but I can’t remember what it was called. Next time I’m gonna try the cold brew. Service was friendly and fast and they look like they have some cool merchandise here as well but I didn’t buy anything.bath
Delicious breakfast and good coffee. We recommend the salmon toast and the fruit yoghurt. The concept is to order at the desk and take your coffee yourself, breakfast was brought by the waiter.
Got a King Slayer latte and banana bread. Latte was delish and b bread also good. Cool vibes & plenty of seating. Friendly staff and not too busy. Mahalooooo
There's a good reason why this place has 5-star rating. Great coffee, chill vibes, awesome staff, wi-fi, outlets, AC, indoor/outdoor seating areas. Did I say people watching?
Wasn't sure about my cold brew pick. Person behind the counter offered to try all 4.
The latte was good. I really enjoyed the toast, with jam and goat cheese (all super fresh). Service was A+. It is a little pricey but someone has to pay for all the “entitled” WiFi users not buying anything ha ha.
Love this place, food, coffee, customer service. It hits all the marks. Their espresso is soooo yummy and has such an interesting flavor. Their chaggachino is also a must have!!
Nice atmosphere, great location, and awesome customer service. Had an almond chai tea and bacon, egg, spinach savory crepe and both were delicious. They were very kind with accommodating allergies. My mom had the apple and caramel sweet crepe and thought it was too sweet for her taste.
Power outlets and reliable wi-fi available.
Great for working and drinking and eating! Lax enviornment, savory crepes. I substituted avocados for bacon in the breakfast egg crepe. Hours after working, got a dessert crepe with salted caramel and green apples.
I had the chai latte and avocado toast. Tea came in a nice big mug, comforting and soothing. Avocado toast was really yummy but overpriced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good place to study or business meet ups. Will be going back.
Delicious purple ube flavored cookie + good avocado toast (I didn’t actually try coffee since I was over caffeinated from a coffee crawl earlier, but menu looked really good with lots of choices!)
I eat out too much in San Diego, and I can safely say that some places can make good food, and other places make good food that I will remember and CRAVE at later times. The avodaco toast here is one of the things I crave, even if my own avocado toast is bomb.
Their coffee is much better than one of the two places across the street as well. Before I stopped eating animal products so much, I found their sriracha crepe absolutely to-die-for. They also serve alcohol for some reason, although I've never wanted to try any during the hours they are open.
