After a wonderful night out in beautiful San Diego, my wife and I decided to eat a late dinner after our event. Upon walking into Chili's, I expected it to be dirty and just kind of run-down like some of the other ones I have seen around San Diego. Well, let me tell you, I was wrong. This establishment was super clean, and my wife and I got seated right away, although it was a tad late. I went right to the bar, and our server, Lauren, was very nice and helped us right away. She was cheery, which is, to be honest, a nice way to greet a customer. After we got our drinks, we got the skillet queso, which is my personal favorite. After we got our meal, nothing exciting happened, but the service was perfect. It was better than what we expected out of Chili's; we had great conversations with everyone at the bar section, and like I said, Lauren did an excellent job. Laughing with us, suggesting things to us, and just being a great person. It was the perfect way to end the night. The hospitality from all the staff on Wednesday, May 31st, was amazing! Overall, is this just another great review from me? Sure, but I’ll tell you that the experience at this Chili's is different. It ran differently, and for all the right reasons.

Went to lunch here with my buddy and Laura B. was our server. After picking up the broken pieces of my heart when Laura said they were out of Mango iced tea. Everything else was amazing. Laura was fast and fun to talk with. Our food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

I have ate here three times this week, the first time my steak was not cooked to my liking. However, the next two visits I mentioned my last experience and man, i got the best steak ever. Will come again in the future

We had a very nice lunch and our server Christian made it even better! The Loaded Potato soup is always our favorite. For a special treat, I recommend the Trifecta Margherita.

Great experience my waitress was fantastic. The food was hot and on time margaritis were new definitely have to find the tequila they use to make the drink with lol the entire experience was fantastic believe my waitress name was Elizabeth and she was on top of all of our requests this Chili's Bar and Grill was a definite 10.

Saturday, I went to lunch at 🌶️ Chili's Grill & Bar in Mission Valley ... (San Diego, CA), with some friends from church. THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER BEEN TO CHILI'S!! I am giving Chili's a full 5 stars because my entire experience was absolutely amazing!! First, the atmosphere was awesome! Chili's is located in a shopping center, so I was kind of expecting a shopping center type atmosphere; you know what I mean, kind of cheesey and a commercialized "cookie cutter" type of establishment. Not that way at all. It was kind of rustic with a definite family type of atmosphere. The second amazing thing was the Customer Service. Our waiter was super polite and very friendly. He anticipated our needs before we did and provided impeccable service. The next thing that blew me away was the quality of food. We started with the appetizer of chips and salsa, the chips were crunchy and the salsa was fresh. Then I had the DOUBLE OLD TIMER WITH CHEESE! WOW, one of the best burgers I've ever had! And it came with a side of fries! A real Old Timer wouldn't have been able to eat all that food!! I'll definitely be going back!
