Second time here and didn't disappoint! It's one of the only cigar lounges I can sit at and enjoy. The have great ventilation so I can enjoy my delicious coffee while my husband enjoys his cigars. The lavender latte was to die for!! Definitely worth checking out

Premium hookah and a wonderful cigar selection coupled with a luxurious atmosphere. Gran Havana offers a wide variety of coffee and tea to enjoy while visiting and it's in a very convenient location. There is plenty of seating for larger groups and the place is well ventilated so the smoke from customers doesn't cloud the air. Highly recommended for business professionals and those looking for an elegant lounge experience 👍🏾
Very good service! Hand-rolled cigars and hookah sell only Havana cigars. I love it, has such a sexy & sophisticated atmosphere. On top of this, they have Gourmet coffees. I had a Cuban coffee. Don't know the fancy name for it though. If you have a sweet tooth lots to choose from. Yay me!
An amazing atmosphere, great cigars and awesome service. Easily the best cigar bar I have been too. The building was built before 1910, so there is history. They roll their own cigars and age them there as well. Plus their cigars are amazing. Can you ask for anything else? I easily spent 2 hours there and could have spent 2 more hours. If you enjoy cigars, put this on the top of your list.
The lady working the counter was so nice and welcoming. My wife had the Belgium dark chocolate gelato and was so happy. She got a cheesecake that she liked a lot. I got a nice Petite Corona Maduro and espresso. A short walk from everything and a nice way to end the night. The humidor is well stocked.

Wonderful selection of cigars, teas, (real gelato), and more. I enjoyed the music and vibes that were present on a chill Thursday night. The girl at the front was also knowledgeable and helpful. She nailed my Romeo and Juliet preference as well as a slightly more spicy cigar for my husband. We enjoyed our cigars very much
The celebration tea was also amazing, and the blood Orange hibiscus paired well with my cigar

Excellent concierge service for their small selection of mainly Nicaraguans. A few brands outside their own. The staff is skilled and knowledgeable, so they can steer you to an excellent choice even if you are new to cigars.
The coffee is excellent. A rich Americano and ample wide open, ventilated seating areas make the lounge feel private yet intimate. Great place to catch up with old friends and relax.
Great cigar, coffee, and Hookah bar. Tons of comfortable seating. Service was fast and friendly. We had specialty coffee. Wouldn’t recommend if you mind cigar smoke. It’s one of the few smoking bars in San Diego. Outdoor seating is nice as well.
The sell only their own blends, but they have a wide selection for all cigar preferences. I smoked their Corona Natural, and thoroughly enjoyed it. They also market themselves as a coffee and gelato dessert place, even though the cigars take precedence.
All in all, perfect just to chill on business in the city, or a date night.
I had such a great time here. The atmosphere is the very best, I went to quite a few places on a recent trip to San Diego/La Jolla and this was by far my favorite. (Excepting the sea lions!) No one in my group of 5 wanted to get a hookah, except for me, but we sat so long drinking our coffee and chatting that I decided to just get one. I'm so glad I did! We all took turns and passed it around. (Hawaiian Peach was a delicious light flavor.) So we ended up staying longer and talking more, which was a highlight of my trip! My sister in law, who had never tried tobacco ever, said she really enjoyed it. It didn't make her dizzy or jittery or light headed at all. She said she was glad she tried it, and really enjoyed the social aspect of it all. If I ever come back for a visit, I'll make sure to take the time to come here again!
Love the place, the vibe and the staff, they’re very kind and generous. The seating is comfortable(lots of couches everywhere to sit in and relax for a long time) hookah was good as well with a lot of premium flavors. Have been here almost 10 times, this is my favorite hookah place in San Diego and everything is way better here than Mina Lounge. The desserts are delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place!
Awesome atmosphere. This place has a good selection of hand rolled cigars, desserts. Super friendly staff, always makes us feel like we were welcomed and at home. I also like to get a hookah sometimes they have great flavor recommendations, met some really interesting people here. Really love this place can't wait go back.

I've been two days in a row, and I already love the place. Quiet and conversational, it's a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of airflow. The cigars are hand rolled, and aged onsite, with a good variety to choose from. They only carry their own brand of sticks, Gran Havana, but I'm sure you'll find one to suit your pallet. Cigars looked to range from about $11.50 to around $40 per.
The gentleman on shift noticed that one of the cigars I selected was a little tight, and he dipped into the humidor to swap it out for a better one.
They do not serve alcohol, but they have full coffee service, as well as a large selection of teas to choose from.
In addition to cigars, they also have hookahs available.
Here is a modern designed kind of cafe that you can get a cigarette from a really good collection of cigarettes they have! They also have hookah! Great selection of tea deserts and gelato!
Their cakes and tiramisu weren’t the best but they are ok. Gelato I ordered black cherry almond dark chocolate one and it was good.
It is really close to the Balboa theater so it is good spot to relax till going for a performance!
Inside the cafe was a little hot! But I recommend this place.
If I can give this place more than a 5 star review, I would. From the Bohemian Theme lounge to the quality coffee, tea, cake, gelato, and cigars, everything offered at Gran Havana is nothing short of perfection. The vibe, culture, and people here are excellent. As someone who’s a regular cigar smoker, Gran Havana cigars is no doubt in one of my top choices. What better way to top off a quality cigar with some coffee and great company!
Their handmade cigars are the best in San Diego. Great coffees and desserts also. This is the perfect spot for in between dinner and nightlife. Ahmed the owner is wonderful and they will walk you through all of their cigars. Such good service!

The abundance of nice things to mention about this place is plenty so I will highlight the few things that captured my attention - extremely delicious assortment of coffee drinks produced with some of the best coffee equipment in the market. Cigar selection that is both locally rolled and some select cigars from the outside. Ambiance is impressive that speaks volumes about the detail and attention paid towards making this place one of a kind. Dessert? Sure, eat your heart out with gelato and pastries.
