If you haven't been to Rubio's for their fish tacos, you're really missing out. They are my favorite fish tacos I've ever had. Inexpensive (specially on Tuesdays) and consistently tasty.

I tried this location and enjoyed the same great food and service. Located in a strip with CVS and other restaurants. Beautiful location near UTC with outdoor seating, colorful umbrellas, and a nearby water feature with landscaping around. I can see where parking can be an issue during lunch rush. I ordered my food online and dined outdoors. The restaurant was pretty empty of patrons on a Sunday at 4pm. Restroom was clean. The trash outside the front door needed to be emptied though.
Tuesday $2 fish taco is a must for everyone! Bomb! The mahi mahi burrito is bomb! I go there a lot! Will try the langostino lobster taco next.

Food is good in a pinch. The good tasting stuff is not the healthiest. The healthier offerings don't taste as good.
Service is as expected. Good enough.
It was later on a Friday evening. Quiet.
I always enjoy the salsas.
The workers were kind and hospitable and the food was delicious.
Great spot for quick tacos. Great value on their taco Tuesday lunch special - 1 loaded taco served with chips, refried beans and of course, salsa from their delicious salsa bar.
Our family eats at Rubios frequently, and have probably tried 10 or 15 different locations both locally and on various road trips. This location is definitely our favorite. Don't know if it's the franchise owner or store manager but someone at the top makes sure every single employee there is outstanding. Each and every time we go there we're impressed by the staff- to the point that you notice it. They're genuinely friendly and do so many little things to make sure your meal is just right, and your dining experience is perfect. Made a mistake and ordered the wrong beans? They offer to replace them right away, no charge. Sitting down when your meal comes up? They bring it right over to you, remembering on their own who ordered that particular meal. I could go on and on. Oh and of course the food is great. You would think the food would always be the same from one location to the next but there are small variances and this location does a stellar job. Great place to eat!
Great tacos, consistent quality! Check out the specials on the chalkboard as you enter. I personally think the quality of this Rubio's is better than the one next to Whole Foods.
Note: NO WIFI. Otherwise, usually quiet, comfy, and well lit so potentially a study spot.
